Got my phone screen repaired here a few months ago. Service was quicker than the man I spoke with said (less than an hour) and cheaper than expected! I really, really felt good about this place so when I dropped my phone last week and shattered the screen again (really should invest in an otterbox), they were the first place I thought of. I tried going today around 10:30 but they were closed (hours are 10 – 7). I waited around for twenty minutes thinking maybe they had just stepped out quickly but no one showed up. This made my confidence in Mobile Depot drop slightly, as I don’t know if their hours are reliable anymore. I sent them a message asking for an explanation and am waiting for a reply. If they had been open today, I would give them five stars for sure.

These guys are great — only 45 minutes to replace an iPhone screen — and they threw in a iPhone case for free. A bargain compared to waiting at the Genius Bar. Less expensive than Apple and much faster service. Can’t say enough good things about them.

This is THE place to get your phone repaired! Not only are they significantly cheaper than their local competitors but they are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient to boot! I dropped by phone off in the morning and by the afternoon it was back in working order. I added on a optional screen protector and the total was still less expensive than what I want quoted to fix the screen only. I am very impressed, thank you guys!

Most unprofessional place and unorganized management. I gave my phone and told them I will be back within few hours. They said they will be open till 7. I went at 5 and they had closed the store. The phone numbers they had provided were not working. They didn’t even bother to tell me.
When I went the next day they didn’t even acknowledge the trouble that I went through. Even though my phone screen was fixed there are few functions of my phone that doesn’t work anymore. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Update as of 5÷7÷15: I originally gave this place 1 star due to issues described below. I’m now updating to 3 stars because Nimish reached out to me on Unilocal after I filed a formal complaint in writing. He helped me got my phone screen fixed at no extra charge. (Thank you Nimish for addressing it.) He also gave me his contact if I should have same issue with it again. I do hope it stays fixed. I would’ve given them better ratings if the issue was addressed sooner than later. I guess it’s hard given most of those people work for him. When you have a problem with the workmanship or service, just ask for him directly.

Brought my slightly cracked iPhone to Mobile Depot to fix via Groupon deal for $ 89 (plus additional taxes). My iPhone was still working properly without a single issue other than the slight cracks were an eye-​sore to me. Phone fixed within an hour. Less than 3 months, phone started becoming loose and starting to detach from iPhone’s frame.
I brought it back the first time, a different technician used his screwdriver and pushed the screen back into the frame. He left marks on the left side where he worked on. In the shade/​dark, I see light leaking through that area where he worked on. It also became loose again within the day.
I went back again at another time and an Indian guy (sorry didn’t take his name down) there told me it’s still working, so technically there isn’t a problem. He also made assumptions that I dropped my phone causing the replaced screen to become detached from the screen. I told him to check his security camera because I was there before and there wasn’t a single mark on my phone. He told me to come back tomorrow when the technician is there, to which I did.
Anyway, I came by next day. The tech said he couldn’t do anything without damaging the screen. I’d have to pay again to have it replaced. I paid ~ $ 120 for the fix and purchased a tempered glass to support them and for it to become slightly detached because of poor workmanship is just not acceptable. I had expected the phone to stay intact at least 6 – 12 months but it didn’t. I don’t recommend this place to people I know. They did an awful job and what they tell their customers were prob half truths. They told me that the new replaced screen was an authentic OEM part from Apple. I highly doubt that was true unless Apple distributes their parts to businesses like them. I personally would not recommend this place to people I know.
Update as of 4÷23÷15, my phone screen is now NOT responding to gestures in some areas. Save your money and have it done properly at the Apple store for $ 129 instead. I paid $ 120 for a well-​learned lesson here. Apple would have done a better job.

For the first time ever, I broke my phone. It wasn’t cracked, but my screen turned pink and froze up, basically my screen was done for. I panicked. I needed my phone. I couldn’t get home without it. Literally. I pay by phone for everything.
So luckily right near campus (I go to Suffolk) there’s Mobile Depot. I had a train to catch and Nimish quickly fixed my phone in 20 minutes. My screen was good as new and it was like I didn’t damage my phone at all.
For $ 100 I got a fixed phone which is an awesome price. My iPhone is not under warranty so it would’ve been at least $ 269 to fix.
Nimish got the job done, at a great price, and he was very nice. Don’t go anywhere else for phone repairs. There’s no reason not to.

Cracking you IPhone screen is the worst. if I took it to Apple it was going to cost me $ 250 even with insurance and I would have to download everything again as Apple would give me a new phone instead of fixing the one I had. Once I stepped in this store I knew I made the right choice. Nimish and his tech were super friendly and nice. They gave me a great quote and it all took so much less time and cost so much less than I ever expected. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

The moment my phone hit the tile, I knew it was broken. Enter Mobile Depot. They were nice, very accommodating and fixed my LGG2’s screen, alerting me no more than 36 painful hours without my phone.
Plus it only cost a few more dollars than insurance would have and I got to keep my phone with all of the apps and data.

These guys are great. They fixed my cracked iPhone 5S screen within half an hour. Very quick and efficient service, nice atmosphere and really friendly guys. The price isn’t bad either — I paid just under $ 100 for the fix, which is the best I could find around the area.
I’d definitely recommend Mobile Depot to anyone who wants friendly and efficient service. They definitely know what they’re doing and are eager to help.

I came here first greeted with such great hospitality. I asked if they could fix my LG G2 phone and they said no problem, it only took an hour. Not to mention I called last minute to get my phone fixed because I was in a rush and they were able to do it. It’s not only the fact that they fixed my phone but I appreciated how welcoming they are. This is the kind of service I always enjoy. They’re very confident in what they do and that’s reassuring. Thank you guys for being so kind and for letting me have the starbursts!

Just had these guys replace the screen on my wife’s Ipad 2. They did a fast, efficient job and it looks great. Both guys were very polite and professional. I recommend this place for repairs to your device.

Ultra fast service and super friendly. They cut me as many deals as they could, and literally took 15 minutes to fix my broken glass on my iPhone. Highly recommended!!!

They fixed my Samsung-​N900A Note 3 LCD Panel and Glass. I’m only giving 3 stars because of following reasons :
1. I was told through Unilocal messages that it will cost me $ 225 for same but when I reached there I was told that it will cost $ 290. When I told about the earlier quote they reduced a little bit but not much. It costed me $ 281 in the end.
2. The fix took more than 3 hours as the dent on the frame couldn’t be fixed within the shop. They took the phone elsewhere to fix.

Great place to go to if you have a broken phone!!! I have an lg g2 and they were the cheapest I found to fix it. Better thing was they had an extra screen in stock so i didn’t have to wait a couple of days for them to order one. Took an hour but they fixed it, it works great now and they were very nice.

Amazing service came in person and did my repairs in less than 15 min it was fantastic! My screen looks even better than the original if I could give them more stars I would truly kind and fast service! Affordable and friendly hard to find!!! Highly recommend them

Some rites of passage are fun. Some are sad. Some, like cracking the screen on your iphone, can be painful and pricey.
Enter Mobile Depot, the best spot downtown to have all your cares washed away. The shop may be easy to miss at first glance – not for lack of decoration on their end, but because they’re in the tricky below/​next to the stairs up to Zo and the Courthouse spot, opposite the cobbler/​keymaker guy. Having finally given in to the idea of ponying up the cash to fix my phone, I was surprised to find this place, via Unilocal search, a hop skip and a jump from my office. I gave them a call, got a price and time quote, and headed over.
Nimish is enthusiastic about his work and proud of his store, a born entrepreneur it seems. He quoted me an hour, but had my little electronic pocket computer back in my hands within thirty minutes. He even put the screen protector on for me, no extra charge. Look Ma, no air bubbles!
Though I didn’t stay around too long to browse, the shop looks to have a fair number of accessories for all sorts of different brands. Considering my thoughts on the nearby Verizon store (
) I’ll definitely come here the next time I need something to spice up my cellular.
TL; DR: Nimish totally hooked it up and fixed my phone.

All the great stuff that has been said about Mobile Depot is absolutely true — I went in there to get a US prepaid card and wasn’t really sure what would be the best option.
Nimish and his brother provided great advice and once I had chosen my option, everything was finished really quick!
Also they are extremely friendly and eager to help, which also makes it a really nice experience to visit their store :)

These are the guys to go to if you want a phone, this store carries a wide range of phones and services. Great place to purchase phone accessories, pay your bill or fix your cracked screen. cracked screens are like a black eyes on your face, its not cute.
I am just happy i no longer have to go to downtown crossing to that zooish store and deal with bad service a long line and people harassing me for money or my phone number all just to pay my bill. I love Mobile Depo great service and convenient location.
