Nim Nim offers amazing service! When they didn’t yet have an app that would work with the type of phone I have they still let me schedule a pick up over the phone so that my laundry could still be serviced! Everything they do is within 24 hours so it is done nice and quickly! They let you choose how you want it washed and what products you want used, and if you don’t have a preference they will do it in the way they feel most efficient. My favorite part is when they return your clothes to they are folded perfectly and separated in different bags based on what each is; (pants are with pants, sweaters with sweaters etc.) All in all I strongly suggest Nim Nim for perfect laundry service!

I’ve used Nim Nim once and attempted to use them again but there terrible customer service has discouraged me from ever using them again. The first time I used them, the app wasn’t working so I called them to try and schedule a pick up. They said they would be at my place at 11:30 but didn’t show up until around 12:15. I decided I wasn’t going to wait anymore but they pulled in just as I was leaving. I was rather surprised with the quick turnaround since they got my clothes back later that same day.
The second time I scheduled a pick up using their app and was waiting for them to pick it up when I got an email a half hour past pick up time telling me they are closed. So that annoyed me that the app would let you schedule a pick up on a day they are closed. We negotiated a pick up for 9am the next day since I had to leave pretty early and of course they don’t show up. I send an email asking where they are they tell me they will be there between 10:15 — 10:45am. I guess they just wanted me to hang around and wait for them. I cancelled my order on the spot since that time would not work and since then decided I need to find a new service. Congrats that have gotten good customer service but they have continually let me down. Hope this info helps.

Nim Nim offers amazing dry cleaning and wash/​dry/​fold services with a very personalized touch.
I started using Nim Nim when my washing machine broke but quickly converted to a frequenter user. The 24 hour turn around (almost to the minute!), friendly drivers and great service completely won me over. I recently moved away from Boston and completely miss the convenience that Nim Nim offers, at a very affordable price as well!
Five stars for service, price and convenience :) Nim Nim, please come to Singapore!!!

Nim Nim has amazing customer service. They truly want to make the customer happy and if anything goes wrong they work with you to get it right. I use there service at least once a week if not more and I know I can always count on them. The app is really easy to use and they even have a notes section if you need to have them take special care of an item. Also, there is a special garments bag you can use if it needs EXTRA attention with care directions if you need.

I love this service! I used NimNim for the first time last week to have my winter puffer coat cleaned. The pickups and dropoffs were well communicated and the turnaround time was less than 24 hours. My jacket was cleaned very well, and looks brand new. The pricing is great as well. When my jacket was dropped off, they sent me a photo of it hanging outside of my front door, which I also loved! I’m very interested in utilizing their shoe services and can’t wait to keep supporting this business.

These guys are awesome. One call and they come through quick and take care of the problem. They even brought me a coffee lol!

I’ve been using NimNim since November 2014 and I love them. These two brothers running NimNim are professionals who take this very seriously and care deeply about there customers satisfaction. They always ask how everything was and even if there are things to do better that you like. I love extra fabric softener and my fiancé’s clothes separate from mine and they do so! They even color coordinate too. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fast and savvy way to get their laundry serviced.

I have been using NimNim since January 2015 and have used the service about every other month. Like other previous reviewers, I was a huge fan, especially since they are one of the few laundry delivery services that picks up and drops off to East Boston. Their ability to clean clothes and remove stains is remarkable. However, their communication and service leaves much to be desired. While there is a main phone number, you can expect to receive texts from employees at random phone numbers, so be sure to make sure you are contacting the right number to check the status of your order. You will not be informed if they will be late, either with pick up or drop off. Today after they were 2 hours late with my order drop off and I did not receive any notice that the order would be late I reached out to them. After I contacted NimNim, I was informed that my order would be an additional 45 minutes late. This reactive type of communication has, sadly, become the norm. Once they finally arrived with 3 large bags, there was no apology for the lateness, no explanation, and the drop off person would not help me carry the bags up the stairs, even after I asked for help. What a crappy experience.

This app is amazing! Incredibly convenient and well-​priced for any type of laundry service. Will definitely be using in the future. Keep up the great work!

This dry cleaning service is phenomenal. 24 hour turn around, weekend service, thoroughly cleaned clothes, a super convenient and well-​organized app, and that’s not even the best part.
What makes Nim Nim better than any other dry cleaner I’ve used is the customer service. These guys actually care that I’m happy and clearly care about their company. They cater to my specific pick up /​drop off requests (even if it’s late at night) and have been incredibly friendly every time.

I have been using Nim Nim for about 4 months now and I can not say enough positive things about it! The service is top notch and best of all the prices are the best I’ve seen for full service laundry. I’ve also never had to wait longer than 24 hours to receive my insane amount of laundry back nor have I ever had any of my clothes be lost or returned damaged in any way.
I’ve spoken to the owners who will answer the customer support number regularly and they treat all of their customers with the utmost respect and graciousness like no other customer service I’ve received.
Oh and the Nim Nim app is AMAZING! So easy and user friendly!
I truly could go on and on, but either way: Nim Nim I am a loyal customer for life!

I was a huge fan of NimNim — I switched over to using them from Washio in February of 2015 and have used them 2 – 3 times per month since then.
I’ve noticed that their customer service has sharply declined in the last 1 – 2 months. Late or missed pick-​ups and drop-​offs with no notice or apology, and I usually have to reach out to them to figure out where they are and why they are late. I really want to support them and understand that there are growing pains in small businesses all the time, but the customer service just isn’t there anymore and I feel like they don’t understand that that’s the most important part. I’ve had too many instances of re-​arranging my schedule and plans to be home for them to pick-​up/​drop-​off my laundry only to have it not happen, so I’ll be looking for a new service.

Nimnim is the best on demand laundry service out there. The quality of their service is remarkable and they have a great turnaround time. Been using them for a while now and I have no complaints. The employees are professional and are willing to accommodate to their customers needs. I recommend everyone to try them out.

Used Nim Nim app for dry cleaning– its seamless and super convenient. They pick up your clothes and drop off within 24 hours! I recently moved out of Boston and wish Nim Nim was here too!

Their app is pretty convenient — easily downloadable through the app store and intuitive to place an order. However, there isn’t much to the app besides order placement. I wish there was room to interact further — maybe add status updates, options to edit your order, invoices corresponding to your order after it’s been completed. etc. Overall, the app gets the job done.
I decided to try Nim Nim because the service I was using couldn’t return my clothing during the weekend if the order was placed on a Friday. Nim Nim works Mon-​Sun, which is convenient. They state that all pickups and drop-​offs operating within a 30 minute window, but were late by 30 minutes to 1 hour on both accounts.

Nim Nim is hands-​down the best dry cleaning service I have ever used. I needed two slacks dry cleaned within 48 hours and couldn’t resort to my local dry cleaner (who would have taken at least three days). Having had met Akshay (one of the Nim Nim co-​founders) a few weeks ago, I thought there was no better time to give this startup a shot!
I quickly downloaded the app from the App Store. Its intuitive layout made it extremely easy for me to choose what services I wanted. I was all set within a few minutes.
At the chosen time (early on a Saturday morning), a Nim Nim courier arrived exactly on schedule and picked up my slacks from my doorstep. I love the texts they send to notify customers, «NimNim is on its way!»
What sets Nim Nim apart from everyone else is their commitment to the customer — they tailor the experience to the customer’s specific wishes, especially from a timing and delivery standpoint.
A few days later, my order was ready and delivered right to my doorstep, exactly on schedule. The eco-​friendly bag that the slacks were returned in was mine to keep, which was a nice surprise.
For the value, customer service, attention to detail, and overall excellence, I give these folks five stars. You won’t get a better deal anywhere in Boston.

NimNim– where have you been! This is hands down the best concierge service in the city.
Had a last minute disaster just before an important black tie event. I won’t bore with details but it was a huge mess. NimNim was at my door in 8 mins and– since I could not wait around, they delivers my cleaned tux — spotless and looking sharp– to the hotel in under an hour.
Needless to say I’ve used NimNim exclusively since. My experience with them has always been the same– they are exceptional! The service is consistently great, the employees are friendly, efficient and actually give a #%+^. Since switching to NimNim no more broken buttons, no more wired new and unexplained stains or marks on my clothes, no more missed pickups, no more wondering when drop off will be, no more guessing how much my bill will be.
Everyone else in the «concierge» space should take notes from NimNim on how it’s done right. I love this service!

They have have the best laundry service in Boston. You order a laundry request via an app where you can choose form what detergent to what temperature you want your close be dried.

A local on demand dry cleaning service that operates out of an app on your phone, pretty cool!
I tried out their service last week and was very happy with it. On my first order they provided me with a high quality laundry bag that will also hold my dress shirts and suits when it is ready.
I schedule the pickup on my phone and they have always been prompt and the cleaning to my liking. I like that you can have your items picked up in one location and dropped off in another, very convenient for city living. Prices are very reasonable as well.
