Page Music Lessons, Inc

Started my cello journey here! Everything is awesome! Kind staff, good teacher and good arrangement! I didn’t have my own cello before and they even help me to rent a good one with cheaper price. The events such us recitals are also very good to be one of my motivations.

Both my sons have taken lessons for several years at Page Music, a music studio located close to Berklee. Between my two tween-​aged sons, they have studied three instruments (guitar, bass and drums) and worked with four instructors. All four are excellent musicians as well as patient, kind and effective teachers. My kids look forward to their lessons, practice, and are developing as musicians. Both boys have performed at the recitals that Page Music holds, currently several times a year at the Brookline Library. When I asked my kids what they think makes the instructors at Page so good, they answered that the instructors make it fun yet challenging. My sons feel proud of their progress. In my view, the instructors do a good job of meeting the kids where they are, taking into consideration each kid’s personal skill level and musical interests.
More recently, I arranged for my older son to «jam» with several of his school friends over spring break for two 2-​hour sessions. The instructor asked in advance for preferences and came prepared to work on those pieces. He dealt well with the wide range of experience. My son was so pleased and told me that all the boys felt included and that they each had an important part to play. I was impressed that the boys were so engaged that they decided to practice between the two sessions. Overall, the boys had a lot of fun and felt they had improved considerably in their playing as individuals and as a group.
If you are looking for a great music instructor, I strongly encourage you to try out Page Music. They also serve younger children and adults not just teens. In addition to guitar, bass and drums, Page Music offers instruction in vocals, piano, brass, and even some classical instruments.

I am an intermediate guitar player and have been taking lessons at Page for about eight months. I work proximate to their studio and catch a lesson on my way home. Elliot Page and Rick have shown me excellent customer service in working around my schedule and I am very pleased with my current guitar teacher Chuck. If only I had more talent and time to practice!
