I started seeing Dr Pareek in 2005 when I worked near her office. this is my brilliant method of finding doctors… who’s closest? Pareek is very nice, and it’s cool to see a woman dentist running her own practice, taking care of her daughter and making it all work. Personally I liked her very much. I had a couple chipped teeth, from childhood roughhousing with cousins and she suggested that she could really easily fix the problem in 10 minutes. i’d never even considered it, so the next time i scheduled an appointment we arranged for some bonding(tooth variety). along with my chipped front tooth, i asked her to fill in a gap i had between my incisor and second tooth — my teeth are a medical mystery so i’m not going to even try to explain. anyway, she goes ahead and does both. somehow she ended up putting on too much bonding material on the front tooth, and on top of that it was jagged… i could feel it on the inside of my lip and it drove me crazy after a day. when i called she said she could easily fix it on my lunch break. great! she made it better, but the tooth was still sandpaper rough on the front, something i ended up getting fixed by another dentist. as for the filled in gap? she did a great job, the gap is majoritively closed but unfortunately she used too dark a bonding material. while she was doing it i told her i thought it was too dark, but her assistant kept telling her that it needed to match my incisor(incisors are naturally darker/yellower, FYI). now it looks like the tooth has died. ugh. i have SUCH bad luck with doctors!!!
