I’ve been to Present Breath twice, once for a relaxation session and once for a massage. Meghan was full of great suggestions for reducing my stress levels and the massage was stellar. She was great about taking feedback during the massage so I never felt like it was too hard or to soft. Because of construction, the location was a little hard to get to, so just make sure you go around the back of the building. Otherwise the ambiance was very relaxing, and each time I’ve been was a great experience.

i’ve dealt with lower back pain since my early 20s, i think mostly from my sedentary lifestyle programming, and have seen multiple massage therapists and physical therapists over the years and this is a very unique experience i’d recommend. i went to present breath for massage– but also agreed after lengthy discussion to add the jin shin service for relaxation at the end. although i certainly recommend the massage, the combination with the relaxation technique is soo good. meghan is so soothing and relaxing, and i would encourage the massage/jin shin for anyone going through a tough time or dealing with a stressful workplace.
