Pro Tech Appliances Repair

After looking into another service, we realized these clowns had mislead us. No pump needed to be replaced (as they had claimed) and they do this to mislead clients deliberately. A file has been made at the Better Business Bureau to warn consumers.
This company is one big joke.

john is great called tuesday late afternoon and he was out next day at 2pm sharp as told came in fixed my stove in no-​time also did me a solid with some extras. could not be more happier. i will definately use him again in the future.

I am very satisfied with the services provided by Pro Tech. My GE refrigerator that is about 20 years old broke over the weekend. I called Pro Tech Monday morning at 8 am and they were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. John was the tech that came and was able to quickly diagnose the problem as a defrost issue. Within 1 hour, he had defrosted the freezer and put in a new part he had in his truck. This was all for a very reasonable price. My refrigerator /​freezer is working perfectly again.
I would definitely call them again but hopefully I won’t have too!

Told me to f*ck myself. Classless thug.

These people are really unprofessional. I called the number on there web site and got a guy who sounded like he could care less that I needed help with a problem. When I heard all sorts of noise in the background during the call, I asked what it was and he said if I did not like it, I did not have to call him. I would stay away from these people.

There’s a saying «when it rains it pours» and that’s the kind of luck I have. The night before a back yard celebration at my home not only did my freezer packed with 80 bags of ice give out my dryer filled with a lot more laundry than it should have been stopped drying all the clothes I was trying to get put away before my company the next day. Of course this was after normal business hours.
I called Protech Appliace Repair. I left a voicemail explaining my dilemma and 5 minutes later I received a call back from them and 30 minutes later a guy name John was at my home. He fixed my deep freezer right away. He said he’d take a quick look at my dryer but given the time of night and the chance that it may need a non stocked part I may have to wait for the next day. Although my dryer did need a part not commonly stocked he had one on his truck.
Excellent service, knowledgable service man. Better than fair prices. And my party the next day was a hit. Icey cold drinks and no one knew I ever had so much laundry to be washed.

This is a 2 man local shop. John came the next morning, fixed the refrigerator door that wasn’t staying closed. Very reasonable. Outstanding get-​it-​done guy. I will call him for the next problem.

John was able to come by the next day to fix a problem with my oven and he arrived promptly at the beginning of the time window he gave me. He assessed the problem quickly, then described it to me and gave me the cost of the fix before proceeding. He was able to fix the problem on the spot.
I would not hesitate to call Pro Tech again for any appliance issues.
