Cool place to hang with awesome views of the city. Great cocktails but the bartenders on the roof are a little rude and not the friendliest. Can get crowded so get there well before sunset!

So far this is my favorite lounge in Boston but then again, we don’t have that many rooftop lounge options in Boston. Great view and a good place to catch up with friends.

You cannot beat the view. If you are staying in the area, it is worth checking out for a drink. Other than that it is very pricey for the minimal selection. It wasn’t really a full bar. They did make our drinks strong so I made sure they were tipped well. The lounge chairs were super comfy. My husband asked for an IPA that was listed on their menu, but they were out and they only had about five beers in total on the menu. It was a beautiful night, and we came for the view anyhow.

We stayed at the hotel which was fine. The Lounge in the day is definitely one of those places that you’d see in a Pitbull video. The weird thing is that you have to go past the pool area which is pretty family friendly to get there. Imagine a bunch of neo-Jersey shoreites mixed with a bunch of families vacationing and it’s a weird combination. We went back in the evening where it was definitely much quieter and less like you’re an unwanted extra in MTV Spring Break.

Scored a lounge chair and umbrella. Brad the bartender is fabulous. Looking forward to a swim. Great place for a day off.

I found out about this place after doing a tabata class with Athleta and Republic Fitness on the revere rooftop. They have these classes on Tuesdays throughout the summer. The rooftop bar opens at 12pm and cover is $ 20 before 5pm. But after 5pm there is no cover! It is a great place to get your tan on and hang out with your friends. The rooftop deck is on the 7th floor, so it isn’t super high up. But it is high enough to get a decent view of Boston. There is a full bar by the entrance and there are servers walking around taking drink and food orders. However, it is difficult to get their attention unless you look like a high roller who rolled up in a Lamborghini. One thing that I don’t like about this place is that there are always private events here and somehow most of their cabanas and tables are always reserved. But I was also lucky to find a table. The drinks are a little pricey. The beer prices are reasonable but there aren’t many to choose from. But this is my new spot to go for the summer!

I mean… It’s not really a rooftop bar by a rooftop pool. The pool is enclosed w glass doors and away from the bar and the outside. It’s a nice space to enjoy the weather if u don’t care about having a view. But the overpriced, excessively sweet cocktails were a bit disappointing. Oh and all the comfy sofas require that u spend at least $ 300. When u look down its into the garage… not much of a view. I’d say leave this spot as a plan B or final option.

Cool spot. Found this place after the 4th of July fireworks at the Esplanade. Wish I had seen it earlier as I would have just spent the night here. The rooftop is on the pool level and you have to go through the hotel to get to it(no real signs telling you were to go). It’s a little odd that you walk through the pool to get to the roof(and it doesn’t necessarily look nice and inviting) but once you get to the roof it’s cool. You have great city views and it’s got a fun lounge vibe. There are cabanas and plenty of seating whether bar stools or tables. The drinks were definitely expensive though($ 15 for black and coke, $ 12 for Bacardi 8 and coke and $ 6 for a beer). Overall, I would come back for someone looking for a «hip» new vibe or a different view and experience of the city.

This place is definitely a hidden gem. I personally prefer lounges and a classier atmosphere to your typical Boston dive bar, and this roof deck is perfect. It is open to the public — no you do NOT need to be a hotel guest to go. You access it through the hotel, past the pool. The place is very well maintained as all the furniture looks brand new. Their waiters and waitresses and bartenders are all beautiful and in uniform in accordance with the pool theme. It feels more New York than Boston. The cocktails are great and very inventive, but do expect a price to go along with that. I would be happy to go here again, especially on a warm day(although they do have blankets out in case you feel chilly!). Great views, atmosphere, drinks, and people. Doesn’t get better than that! 5 stars.

Weather started to get chilly as the night progressed but I suppose that’s to be expected on a rooftop in May. The space was absolutely gorgeous. All the furniture around the lounge area looked brand new. I only tried a few of the cocktails but they were both delicious, glad I took the advice of the guys behind the bar. I’ll be here again once the weather warms up a bit.
