Great wraps, sub-par breakfast. Lunch is tasty, affordable and filling!

I love Sami’s! I’ve been coming here for 5 years. They have the best coffee(for a great price!) and phenomenal breakfast sandwiches. My fav place for breakfast on my way to work. They also know your name, remember your order, and treat you with kindness here. Thank you, Sami’s! :)

Really good shawarma! Although it’s not the best I’ve had, it was delicious and very filling. Their grape leaves were below average though, the rice was very hard when I got it. But otherwise, their food is good!

This place serves great, healthy food and Amy and Jou-jou are so nice! This is my go-to for the Med quad area. I especially love their Greek chicken wrap!

Sami’s pretty boss. Being so close to my school, definitely a great convenient. I wouldn’t call this fast-food but you’ll definitely won’t have to be waiting long for a delicious meal. The price is pretty amazing and super affordable. Yay ~ I’ve always get the lamb kebob because it’s so good there’s literally no point to try anything else. Also the place have both coke and pepsi. Thank you for having choices, I hate when I order a coke and people be like«We only have pepsi» like it taste the gd same to me, stop wasting my time. But not Sami’s, Sami have both so you don’t have to deal with such nonsense. I’m going on a tangent. Anyways, this place is super good and super nice; make me super happy. I’m going on rotation soon so I better eat here as much as I can during this semester :’(I’ll miss you Sami’s! I really appreciate all you’ve done for my belly.

This truck is the best food option in the area IMHO. Great salads. It’s been awhile since I’ve had anything else so I can’t comment on wraps. Fast and reasonably priced. My go to when I am too lazy to make my lunch(or when I leave it on the counter– ARGH!!!)

Sami’s is between the bus stop and my office. Crazily, it took me a couple of weeks to visit this place! The food is FABULOUS. Breakfast burritos — yum. Falafel — yum. Grape leaves — YUMMMMMMM! I have dabbled in the menu and am super happy thus far. The crew running this place remembered me and my order on the second breakfast run. They know people by name, their preferences, and are HAPPY. I cannot say enough about the quality, the vast menu, and the amazing folks at Sami’s. Love you guys!

Sami is a perfect place for poor college students in the Fenway Area like me to grab a coffee in the morning for less than $ 3/instead of $ 5+ at Starbucks or a quick lunch during the day. Highly recommended their vanilla coffee with cream and little bit of sugar(1.50 small, 2.00 medium, 2.50 large). So worth it! Also their jumbo hotdog is a must!(2.50 for one, 5.00 for two). Oh and I also tried their Boneless Rib Wrap last week and it was good too! Trust me, you won’t regret it!

I have gone to Sami’s off and on for many years; at the Longwood Galleria and the Longwood Ave cart. Sometimes I forget the cart is there; just went there today and am in falafel heaven. I also love the Sami’s rice. Very nice family.

I’ll try it again for the shawarma but found the falafel to be soggy and kinda flat on flavor. Super nice people though.

I’ve been coming here for lunch for years now(one year I think I ate here almost every day) and I still love it! The menu is full of lots of great choices and Amy and JouJou are incredible people. PS: Check out their breakfast! It’s also amazing.

Fantastic local spot that is definitely an institution in the area. Very friendly service, tasty Middle Eastern food(and expanding into other areas), reasonable prices, and an exhaustive menu to satisfy basically any craving. Awesome salads. I’m a big fan!

I started going to Sami’s many years back for their breakfast sandwiches, Danishes and muffins. I stopped going because I was on a strict diet to lose weight. They are so good that if I kept on going there I would not have lost my eighty pounds. So now I am back! I started getting their Ice Coffee, Hummus wraps or avocado cheddar wrap. Today I got their Mazza plate where you can choose three different items. I got Falafel, Rice Pilaf and greek sald. On top of this they give you Pita Bread. It was too good! Not only is the food reallly good here but Amy and her daughter are very nice!

Tried their house burrito, and it wasn’t that good. it was loaded with rice, and no beans/meat. and the portion left me wanting more.

Small place with fresh food! I had the Mazza plate with option for any 3 items from the menu for 7.50 $ it came with pita bread. Recommended for anybody who works on long wood area.

This review is solely based on their iced coffee. The taste is unique and not to sweet and cost a third of the price as Starbucks or DD. I’m only in Boston for a week so I have only eaten here once and the chicken schwarma was solid but not spectacular, however since I’ve only tried that one thing I will not come down too hard on them. I look forward to trying other items in the next few days. Customer service was amazing. The lady at the front, Amy, was very nice and willingly answered questions I had about the menu. She even gave me a free veggie grape leave when I explained that my daughter was having surgery at the children’s hospital. Very nice people and very good products. Check them out!

No longer a poor grad student who has to live off $ 3 sides, I still frequent Sami’s for lunch, and they’re still delicious. Even if they didn’t offer tasty freshly made food for reasonably prices, this place is run by the nicest family who knows all the regulars by name and is a veritable institution around these parts, which is reason enough to come here for me… I can’t think of anywhere else in the area I’d want to contribute my lunch $ to more than Sami’s(and my stomach and wallet are happy for it). With the huge and eclectic menu, IMO the homemade Lebanese food is the way to go here(minus the falafel because it’s a bit too all-spice-y for me, I personally prefer Clover’s milder chickpea fritter), but they also have a wide range of wraps and Americanish/Mexicanish food(mac & cheese, chicken parm sub, burritos) that their patrons seem to enjoy as well. I also just discovered their coffee– solid French Vanilla iced coffee for $ 1.50, what what-, and one day hope to check out their breakfast too. They have a new website at , and also are gearing up to offer LevelUp which is a plus.

The location: Shoddy The people: Friendly AF The food: Yummy in my tummy The prices: Lower than the girl with applebottom jeans and boots with the fur I’ve been to Sami’s twice now, both times for breakfast, and could not wait any longer to write this review. Totally surpassed expectations. The first time I came I was going to work after a red-eye(pro tip: don’t. ever. do. that.) and was somewhat forced into getting a Sami’s breakfast. Sweet, sweet serendipity. I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese(mostly as a surefire way to ensure nothing would go wrong, that sandwch is delicious no matter who makes it). And everything went right. This was one of those sandwiches that gets better with every bite, and I mean this literally. At first I was skeptical of its brownbag, slightly greasy appearance. By the last few bites I was bathing myself in its glory and thanking the red-eye(imagine that) for leading me to breakfast sandwich heaven. Today, I went back for another one, pretty much because I just wanted one, and I immediately fell back in love with my estranged sandwich. I think the most notable part about Sami’s are the prices and the people. The prices are probably the only place in the Greater Boston Area that covers its production costs and then charges just over for service. My sausage egg and cheese was 2.5, and I gladly would’ve payed 7 for that slice of paradise between an english muffin. Basically everything is cheap. And I really love their makeshift ambience. Just a foodstand propped up on the side of the road. Love it. I also really want to point out that, after my red-eye, I lazily counted out some ones and handed it to the cashier. She immediately saw me mental/physical state, recounted for me, and handed me back a bill. Turns out I had given her a dollar extra. And, she advised me to be careful with where I decide to be lazy about paying. That is a nice person. Overall, hands down 5 stars. I plan on going back for lunch later this week, so I’ll write an update after that. All you breakfast goers, stop by one morning.

For all you medical students /grad students /post docs, this is probably your best bet for eating. The service is great, Amy is super nice(she knows ALL her regular customers names, probably in the hundreds, she must have some sort of special memory gift or something). The pricing and portions are great and the food itself is pretty decent. Iced coffee for 1.5, breakfast sandwiches 2 – 3, wraps/burritos/sandwiches for 4 – 5. If you are a Harvard Med affiliate, use your Crimson Cash for the discount!!! It makes Sami’s far and away the cheapest option nearby Also, they close around 2:30p so get your afternoon coffee early otherwise you’ll be stuck with Starbucks

The menu at Sami’s, a cute little trolley cart stationed in the Longwood Medical area, is both huge and hugely affordable. Try the mazza plate, and for a mere $ 7 you can have pita and three of the following: falafel, hummus, baba ganoush, tabouli, Greek salad, Mediterranean salad, rice pilaf, moujadra, fasoolia, string beans, Spanish rice, and/or hushwi. If you’re like me, you’ll have trouble making a decision, but trust me, that is not a bad thing! The only thing I’d say to stay away from is the falafel, but then again, it might just not be my style. Sami’s version contains a spice blend that I found rather unpalatable. If you’re a fan of Falafel King or Piperi’s as I am, then you’ll probably be disappointed. There are dozens of other(oddly eclectic) menu items to choose from, so browse online before stopping by on your lunch break to avoid a fifty-customer pileup.
