Friday night, Terminal C, a little less than an hour before takeoff. There wasn’t enough time to sit down for a full dinner, but I didn’t want to just grab takeout and eat past security. Decided to come here and grab some pizza, and have a quick dinner with my loved one before flying out. The choices weren’t entirely appealing… none of the options had a great combination. I normally like sausage, mushroom, and a bit of assorted veggies. However, I couldn’t finish two slices, so I opted for the spinach and mushroom. After making my selection, I watched them take the slice from the counter and pop it into the oven. I expected piping hot pizza with a crispy crust. Instead, it was lukewarm at best. My brother kept urging me to eat faster so I wouldn’t miss my flight, but the pizza was pretty doughy so it took a while to finish eating. It did the job and filled me up, but I do wish we had enough time to sit down with some real food instead.

Disgusting. Grabbed a breakfast sandwich, if you like day old burnt sausage, burnt bagels without butter, and over cooked eggs with a nice layer of crisp skin, topped off with extremely rude service this is the place for you. Also, Its thursday morning and the airport is empty. Terminal A.

Terminal B– USAirways terminal photos and notes. What can I, the Average, harried Traveler, expect from Airport Pizza??? Mmm? This Sbarro’s serves up a not too greasy, slightly sweet Pepperoni pizza made in a way that gives you a nice round, slightly cherubic slice of Pepperoni on each bite– that is, of you lay down a grid, and slice it up with the supplied plastic ware, like, say, an undercover Borg infiltrator, each slice is capped off with pepperoni. Are they doing this on purpose? Is it a signal to other Borg operatives? Should I be wary? Either way, it makes each bite tasty to this human. The crust is nice and chewy, the sauce slightly sweet, and the pepperoni thinly sliced, so it won’t get wedged into any Borg implants you might have. After one piece, I’m ready to assimilate a second. I could resist, but as you know, resistance is futile…
