Smile Splendor

Complete scam! I also bought a Groupon for a teeth whitening session. The first appt was cancelled the night before because a technician would be not be coming in the day of my appt. At the second attempt, I arrive to the Boston location– 101 Federal St, 19^th floor and the receptionist there tells me that Smile Splendor is no longer is located there! This is the published address on the website and in multiple emails confirming my appt, yet there is no office! And on every attempt to call Smile Splendor (appts, directions to location, customer service and corporate), I can only leave a message on their voicemail, so I couldn’t even find out where I was to show up for the appt! I have tried to find this business through the Better Business Bureau in order to lodge a complaint and apparently, they must be running through other shell company names since Smile Splendor is not listed. At this point I would not trust them with my dog, let alone my teeth/​health! NO STARS!!! BEWARE OF SMILE SPLENDOR!!!

This is not a dental office and who trains their technicians?. Are they up to State and Boston health codes. Dothey follow OSHA and CDC regulations for patient health issues?

I enjoyed my experience here. This was my first time doing teeth whitening and the assistant was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable. I thought the voucher was reasonably priced for the whitening treatment. Would do business again.
