What makes this store stand out is the customer service. The person who helped me was very nice and helpful. She made great suggestions and was attentive without hovering.
Personally, the clothing in this store is great in concept but not so great in reality. Basically they look great on a 5 foot 10 inch model vs a 5 foot nothing normal woman — very long and flowy. I also don’t love their cosmetic selection, I still prefer Sephora or any major department store.

This is a review for the online store. Do not order here expecting to receive an item in under 2 weeks. Ridiculous. It took 3 days for them to even process my order of 3 things. And now my order will not be here for Christmas. Every other item I ordered from other stores at the same time is here already and wrapped.

I went to the soft surroundings spa in Copley mall for the first time, this weekend. The people at the store were very friendly and offered me a bottle of cold water while I waited a minute for my facial to begin, promptly. It was a very hot day.
Jillian did a one hour facial for me, with black head /​white head extraction, exfoliation — the basic custom facial, for one hour at $ 85. It was amazing, thorough, refreshing, rejuvenating and covered everything a facial covers. The spa is very big and roomy and tucked away at the back. It is dimly lit, spacious, organized, with a large spacious attached rest room. Jillian is very well versed with good skin care and nutrition and offers tips for better skin and health care if you ask, per your needs. She even made me couple samples that I asked. She was very thorough and accommodated my request to apply non-​strong smelling products. She opted for something citrusy which was fantastic and the one hour long (no short cuts, and one entire hour does not include changing from your clothes, removing jewelry etc.) ended with a chocolate /​caffeine moisturizer and an spf 20 underneath it as I was stepping out in the sun right after. (Unlike many facials, this facial included a massage of the arms, some foot massage, and a long neck /​upper back massage, all while your face is wrapped in exfoliants and then moisturizers. Usually after a facial your face can be blotchy. Not so here. Excellent hygiene, comfort and care.

I don’t know if they have other aestheticians and it was my first time there, so if you call, I absolutely recommend Jillian. Thank you, Jillian. She is great! 5 Stars. A+

THE DEAL: They are up on the third floor of Copley Place,
and worth making the trip upstairs to give them a look.
