Stacked Donuts

Stephanie Cmar of Top Chef and No. 9 Park recently launched a new Pop-​up shop for weekend donuts at The Butcher Shop in the south end. It’s open from 9−11am or until they sell out. Visit quickly because I believe it ends on March 9^th.
Having received literally one of the last donuts of the weekend I could not have been more thrilled. I didn’t even get a complete donut — they had run out of the Bavarian cream filling. But the donut was light, yeasty, and delicious. The chocolate frosting was so rich! I cannot wait to get there even earlier next weekend! Also, as someone that gets starstruck a little too easily it was really awesome to see Stephanie in person slinging her donuts. I wish her nothing but the best — well and quick funding for her own brick and mortar.
