This is by far my favorite dunkins. They are fast and they make great coffee — other locations, not so much. There is a reason why this is express. You literally get out of the train or bus and you come here for a quick coffee before catching another train or bus. I’ve always skipped out on breakfast and coffee because other shops take too long, so this is a great alternative. Been coming here for a year now and I’m never disappointed. Don’t be intimidated by the long lines! They go through everybody in just minutes.

These guys are hash brown smashers: Everytime I order browns, it’s squashed under my sandwich. We all know those things need to breath, so why smother them every single time? Also, their coffee is weaker here than normal.

A nicely streamlined little outfit tucked into the Commuter Rail portion of the Back Bay station. Fast and efficient; I hadn’t expected the small window to manage breakfast sandwiches, but they had it under control. Not a great place to sit and sip, but works great for grabbing a beverage and sugar-bomb as you exit your train.

Dunkin Donuts is and enormous coffee chain, So you already know whether you love or hate them. This location offers the same Food & Drink options As every other one, but with better staff. The deal: this is called an express location, And there are no lines and no waiting here!

95% of Dunkin Donuts have fast service but this one is on the other 5% and only because the service is super fast. I never have to wait more than 1 – 2 minutes which is GREAT!!! It is a little bit more expensive than the one from PRU but it’s on my way to work and I love it@@@@!!! Keep up the GREAT work guys!!! Also, they never got my coffee wrong which makes them even better!!! 5 stars without a doubt!!!

Great, great, great. This has got to be the most efficient Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever visited. They have clearly set up boundaries for the various lines, and you have three different options for a line when you walk up, which is necessary, because this train station is bustling in the morning and people add up quick, especially when a commuter rail or Amtrak train has just unloaded itself onto the platform. Note the sexual innuendo. The clerks are so friendly! I’m greeted with a smile every time, and that just really makes my day start off on the right foot. I appreciate it so much. They quickly(and 100% accurately) take your order, relay it to the team, ring you out and deliver. The sandwiches have always been cooked well and assembled neatly — never a cold egg or sloppy croissant placement here, which I have to say, again, is appreciated. It’s these little things that set this location apart. You know how it can be at a busy(or just plain bad) Dunkin Donuts. And here, they make it a point to execute flawlessly. I’ve been visiting more and more frequently these days… eeks! There’s just something about forming a new habit that involves three great things: 1. Someone greeting you with a happy smile. 2. A sweet, caffeine-laden beverage to carry you through your morning. 3. A warm, tasty breakfast sandwich to fill your belly until lunch. And all of this in under five minutes flat. It’s like waking up to breakfast on the table from mom. Well, okay, not quite. But you get the idea.

This review is for the full service location on the right side by the convienience store when you entered from Dartmouth St. Kudos to the cashier who remember my order of medium iced hazelnut with 1 cream and no sugar. I didn’t have to repeat myself. I was in and out of there in 3 mins. Definitely taste the coffee this time and not overpowered by cream. This location is inside the BackBay Station with the o-line and commuter rail so expect to be rushed and make sure you know what you want before waiting in line.

This Dunkin Donuts location is convenient for commuters seeing as it’s located inside the Back Bay T station. There’s TWO booths inside the station: one seems to have more donut choices and the other serves the breakfast sandwiches, etc. The service is pretty great especially during rush hour so stars for them. And the quality of the food is pretty good… it’s DUNKIN’ freakin DONUTS!

Contrary to what they might have you believe, service with a smile is pretty easy to deliver when all you’re doing is pouring cups of coffee or picking up a donut. Or service at all, for that matter. I was in here last week and stood at the counter for a full 60 seconds, made eye contact with no fewer than 4 employees, and still didn’t have someone come talk to me until I physically leaned over the counter and asked if there was someone there who could bring me coffee. One of my coworkers likes the place because it’s very«Boston» in that they don’t try to fake customer service. I’ve given them a two-week ban and will go to the Starbucks a block over where they don’t have to fake it.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is the epicenter of gross humanity, which might have something to do with it being in the Back Bay T station. I was hungry and in need of a coffee one morning last week, and instead of walking further down Dartmouth to Appleton’s I thought to myself, «there’s nothing wrong with that Dunkin’ Donuts just because it’s in a train station. I am sure they have the same quality standards as the other locations.» MYBRAINWASWRONGANDFAILEDME. I walked in and got in line behind a girl who kept scratching her nose, and the guy behind me was twitching like he was itching for something. The guy in the next line was loud on his cell phone. Not an awesome waiting experience. I get to the counter and order a coffee and a multigrain bagel with light veggie cream cheese. How can a bagel and a coffee get messed up, you ask? Well, the coffee can be watery, your bagel is UNTOASTED, and the cream cheese is totally off and foul. Not a nice way to start a morning. The cream cheese literally had skin on it, and the bagel was lame untoasted. Lesson of the story: don’t trust anything in trains stations, particularly if the people in line to said business are doing the junkie scratch first thing in the morning; you’re not that desperate. End of story.

This dunkin’ donuts has the greatest team. Their relay of the work during rush hour is simply impressive. Located in Back Bay station, width and depth of this location is pretty much 11×5(this includes the counter and the space for them to stand). In this one tiny ass place, there are about 10 employees clammed up together during rush hour. Needless to say, many people pour out of both orange line and all lines of commuter rails except South Shore line. As a result, long queues get formed. But! Like old mill workers from 1950’s, everyone *swiftly* relays from filling up coffee, toasting bagels, pour cream & sugar and cash register. During rush hour, although the queue may appear long and stalling, it moves fairly quicker than it looks. Mostly you’ll leave from that long queue with your order in no longer than 5 min. Note: If you are facing the shop, you probably notice that the queue on the far right is always short. I kept wondering myself why. According to various sources(including my co-worker), the guy who serves that queue tend to fuck up the order. As a matter of fact, my co-worker got his order wrong. cream & no sugar. He wanted sugar. However, i have been on that far right queue, and I never got wrong order — I am a cream/no sugar guy. So could he be simply sugar hater? Anyhow, Kudos to Team«Back Bay Dunkin» for their swift service during rush hour!
