Conveniently located in the Westin, right across from the Boston convention center the people who work here keep this place moving so you can get your drink and get back to your convention. The employees are actually nice too! Win!

Wow where these girls drunk serving us. My wife’s bagel was cut not in half 50⁄50 but in a fashion of 90⁄10. My dirty chi lid was busted and the drink was everywhere. At least my microwaved egg sandwich came out in one piece. You would think for a Starbucks in a Weston that charges twice as much as others that they would have someone working the bar with a little more tact. All Starbucks are not equal.

One word used to describe this place — SLOW. There is no sense of urgency. I was attending a conference and waited in line for 20 minutes with 4 people in front of me. This would never happen at a regular Starbucks.

I went to the new Starbucks for the first time. The young woman at the register was unpleasant and certainly not welcoming. I was shocked to hear her correct the gentleman behind me for ordering a large rather than using the Starbucks size lingo. He was embarrassed as she proceeded to tell him in the future he is to ask for a Grande. Whatever happened to treating customers with repect?

This locations looks like all the others out there, however, this location does not serve warm food like the artisan breakfast sandwich because the location is attached to a hotel. I didn’t get the same warm and cozy feels that I am used to at this Starbucks. Something is missing… oh, yea, artisan sandwiches.

Awful service, was slow but that is very understandable as it was busy. Service was awful as the woman that was helping us was possibly when of the rudest/nastiest servers I have ever had at a bucks or dunks. Will not return.

This Starbucks is located in the lobby of the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel. Unlike other reviewers, the service wasn’t that slow, but maybe it’s because they weren’t busy. They don’t have seating in the Starbucks, but there’s a few chairs and tables right outside of it, in the lobby of the hotel.

Let me start by saying I’m not a coffee snob, and I don’t necessarily frequent Starbucks over Dunkin Donuts(call me cheap!). But I enjoy it every once in a while as a treat. With that being said, this was definitely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to… it’s very slow and the line is always pretty long. I got a lot of attitude from the women behind the counter for no reason today. I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich, no meat. This was a beyond difficult concept for the person who took my order to understand. Not sure why? I cannot be the first person to order with no meat. When the woman put it down on the counter she said«ham and cheese»…figuring this was someone else’s I waited. After a while I got someones attention and asked if if was mine, then proceeded to tell her I had ordered an egg and cheese with no meat. All five woman behind the counter rambled back and forth trying to figure it out as if this was some extremely difficult issue. Finally the one who put it down gave me a big attitude and said there was no meat. For a $ 6 breakfast sandwich I should at least be able to confirm that my order is correct minus the attitude! And for the record, i was not rude whatsoever, just wanted to make sure I didn’t get back to my desk with the wrong order. There’s a good amount of communication issues because many of the workers need to work on their English, which is an issue I expect to face at many places, but not really Starbucks. Also, since it’s owned by the Westin, they don’t have the typical things that Starbucks has. For example, no Wifi. Also, Starbucks is running a cool promotion right now, if you order a frappuchino you get a free 10 song summer music CD. I asked about it today when I saw the sign INTHISSTARBUCKS and they said they weren’t part of that… then why did they put the sign up?! Overall, I would highly recommend avoiding this Starbucks, as there is another one within walking distance. I’m shocked the Westin and Starbucks are willing to put such good names on such a horrible establishment. This is not my first bad experience there, but have given it numerous chances because it’s a convenient walk from work. Needless to say, I will not return. Obviously this was a lot of detail for one coffee/breakfast experience, but the moral of the story is I have never had a good experience here.

It’s not the fastest Starbucks I’ve ever been to, but take into account that it services the Convention Center it’s one of the better ones I’ve experienced. Located in the lobby of the adjoining Westin Hotel, I stopped off here every morning to grab coffees for myself and a colleague. The line was always long with exhibitors in a rush to get to their respective booths. Not the most patient crowd. But service is always given with a smile and is as efficient as it can be when dealing with a constant flow of customers.

Located in the lobby of the Westin, this location opened in 2006. It’s a typical Starbucks with 30 seats, a case full of pastries, refrigerated grab & go items, mugs and coffee accessories for sale, and a light, airy look. There isn’t much else around so I found myself there on multiple locations during my stay in Boston. Those lattes hit the spot before heading out for a day of shopping.
