I came here because I had a coupon code to get a free 6-inch classic sub. This was my very first time in Subway. The 6-inch classic sub has so, so many limitations. The meat looks like it came straight from the package… Bleh. I ultimately got wheat bread, turkey, chipotle southwest sauce, lettuce, onions, and jalapenos. While I thought the chipotle southwest sauce was quite yummy, everything else was subpar. My sub didn’t feel nor taste like it was toasted at all. Also, there was really, really little turkey inside. I would never pay full-price for that! I felt so rushed while ordering! The staff wasn’t helpful as they shot me angry looks when I kept asking about what I could order. Seating options are very limited — it might be hard to find a seat during the lunch rush.

Okay the bad reviews are totes bogus. Like totally totes bogus. I come here once in awhile. Sometimes I pop in for a breakfast wrap or dinner after a haircut. Each time I’ve come here, I’ve gotten great service and decent quality food. It’s Subway, so the menu is simple enough to get what you want and how you want. I’ve never felt rushed, downsized or tried to be upsold(sp??) by the employees. What I did appreciate more than anything on tonight’s visit was that I ordered a foot long subway club so I could take half for lunch tomorrow. I asked the lady who made my sub a huge favor to please separate the two halves and she was more than happy to do so. Didn’t bat an eye or give me any negative indication that it was a nuisance. That, is customer service. Patience and politeness renders the same treatment back, you know. They were out of chocolate chip cookies, so naturally I went to CVS across the street for cookies. Hey you do what you gotta do, man. Peace out.

Very rude attitude and extremely bad customer service… Same experience on two visits… From now on I will consider the other breakfast places around here. And NO-Way to this Subway again.

I do not frequently order food at subway restaurants, though I’m not opposed to them. I stopped by one last week around 2PM because I had missed lunch and saw they had a veggie sandwich on the menu(I don’t eat meat or dairy). I also saw the sign about«notify your server about any food allergies» above the woman asking for my order. I told her I cannot eat dairy and wondered if their bread was made with any. She left the register and went to ask her manager. She came back and said«we don’t know». It seems counterproductive to have a sign telling you to notify the server if the server cannot address your concerns. Needless to say, I did not buy a sandwich and was rather put off by the lack of effort. I guess there’s a reason I don’t shop at subway.

A nice, new, clean Subway! The service was quick(I was the only one there, let’s be fair), friendly, and fast. I got my usual footlong, toasted no cheese, with almost all the veggies, extra onion to assure some nice Tuesday night dragon breath, and jalepenos. I always use my own dressing at my desk for my sub(Kraft, Red, Wine Vinegar and Oil) Mmmmmm goood…

This place opened a few days ago, and I’m really not a fan. It’s in the location where Quiznos used to be, across the road from Bruegger’s and just up the block from Five Guys and Wendy’s, and it is definitely the worst option of the bunch. I went in for lunch at 12:30 expecting a wait, and the speed of service was the only thing that earned this place more than 1 star. It’s like a conveyor belt; the traditional sandwich toppings counter with all the fixings behind a glass shield, but with four people working the line, one girl barks at you for your order, a boy throws sandwiches into the oven, and then two women handle toppings. They are incredibly skimpy on toppings, worse than any other Subway I’ve been to. They mash sandwiches and make a mess in the wrapping paper. They can’t wait more than three seconds to hear your choices, and when you tell them, they need you to repeat yourself a few times. I’m a loud talker. Anybody can tell you that. And this place is not loud at all, even at lunch. What gives? There are two other Subway locations within a 5-minute walk, and I will use either one of them from now on, even though they’re a lot farther from my job.
