Ask for Jorge. I got a haircut from him for my first job interview last week. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. He was friendly and easy to talk to, which is always a plus when you have to sit there with a stranger’s hands in your hair. But more importantly the cut came out amazing. I told him that he could do whatever he wanted in terms of styling and what he did was great. He is truly an artist. He took extra care to make things perfect, and was so excited about what he was doing. He also took the time to explain some quick styling tips that I could use at home. It was like being in one of those youtube tutorials. I have never felt so good about my hair. He was great and the store was nice and I highly recommend this to anyone.

Awful haircut. The girl kept asking me over and over again «are you okay» as she was very very slowly cutting my hair. Until I clearly realized she was probably never cut hair in her life!
I am going back to my original location in Boylston street.
I could have done a better job myself! I came to this location at Trilogy in the past and a lady named Stephanie did just an ok job but this time I was served by the new girl and she is definitely a disaster. They are definitely understaff but who in the heaven hires these people? Didn’t they go to school and need to practice? My haircut is a mess now and I needed to look good for a conference. Now I have no time to fix it. I’m very annoyed.
I like de location because it’s very convenient since I live very close but I am NOT returning there EVER. I’m going back to my store on Boylston street. The place I should have never left!
Good luck staying in business in Brookline street. Even if it’s free haircut I will never come back.

So I recently broke up with my boyfriend and needed a change. I got really great service from the guy working there, sadly forgot his name but started with a J and he made me feel really pretty. I have gotten great service from the store manager as well when I first started going to this salon. I’m very happy going there !!!

The woman that cut my hair did not have a clue what she was doing. I just got home and when I wet my hair to blow dry, I have so many longer hairs that she missed (I have very short hair) and my hair is not even close to even on both sides — I don’t even know how they can charge money for this service. She sprayed my hair to wet it, then did some random cuts, and then said «ok?» — I was thinking «are you serious?» I had to ask her to clean it up and even then I walked out of there knowing I just wasted my time and money. I will have to go somewhere else tomorrow to get it fixed.

I recommend only getting haircuts here, BUT never get your eyebrows done. They do not know how to do it correctly and completely messed up mine, I have to wait for them to grow out now and use a pencil just to hide the horrible job they did. Very disappointed.
I went back a couple days later, and they did a very good job on my hair, and were very helpful when I talked to them about my eyebrow.

Worst haircut of my life. The girl has never cut hair before. I could have done a better job with a weed whacker. So annoyed.
I understand that people have to gain experience somewhere, but it’s a scary when you realize after you’re already in the chair that someone is completely inexperienced. Seriously she simply put the guard on the clippers and just kept cutting and cutting, even when I stated clearly, «please don’t take too much off the top». She just said «oh, I’m just evening it out.» My stress level was through the roof.

As I was getting my hair cut by this stylist, who cut my hair very very well I believe her name started with a C. «the store manager» was yelling extremely loud across the shop at another stylist. It startle me to the point where I jump out of my seat. The shop is too small for someone to yell the way she was yelling. As for the hairstylist who cut my hair, she did a amazing job but I would never go back if the manager was there!!!

Convenient location, undertrained staff. I went there for a quick haircut and was surprised that I had to keep telling this girl how to do it over and over again. At the end, I probably had to ask her to cut a little more here and there 3 – 4 times. And it didn’t come out great. But… It’s just a Supercuts, right? Less than 20 bucks for an express buzz. Ah… the «warm towel finish» that they advertise it’s pathetic. It’s just a hot towel.
