I was looking for a bacon lover restaurant to take my best friend for her birthday! I googled and came across The Bacon Truck pop up at Boston athletic club! We walked in and Andrew greeted us and provided us with fun facts and recommendations. I can see my best friend’s face light up with the options of having bacon in every bite! The food items tonight were delicious!!! Sam one of the owners from behind the scenes came out and introduced himself! You can tell by the staff that they appreciated their customers and cared about providing tasty options! We would definitely recommend stopping by their food truck or pop up shops! Oh, I forgot to mention I am not a bacon lover but I enjoyed every bite of everything we ordered tonight! thank you for your great hospitality!

Attending a 3-day conference, I had the chance to try 3 new food trucks for lunch. The Bacon Truck came out on top by a landslide. I had a BLT on sourdough with a side of fried mac+cheese bites. Everything was so delicious! Really impressive stuff, will definitely be back.

What’s not to love about a food truck that specializes in bacon? Especially if you can get your BLT with a side of bacon. I got the hangover, and it was fantastic. The combination of cheese, bacon, fried egg, and hash on perfectly grilled ciabatta bread was tremendous. The spicy pickles were good too. Like a half sour with a bite.

Went to the Marlborough Food truck festival. Waited in line for 40 minutes to try this place. As I waited in line my family stood in the shade with my 9 month old, no point in us all standing in line for 40 minutes under the 90 degree blistering sun. When I placed my order, I asked for 2 orders of the mac n cheese bites.(one for myself and the second for my sister) I was told no, only one order per person. Are you serious?! I just sweated my ass off for 40 minutes and I can’t order 2?! What would the difference be if my sister placed her own order. I even told him I was ordering for my sister and pointed her out to him. Here’s a tip, work on your customer service. BTW, the mac n cheese bites were mushy…

Delicious? Yes. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? TOTALLYYES. Best nom-noms I’ve had from a truck to-date. Thank goodness they’ve been visiting Watertown all summer long! Close by to my work, a delicious mid-week treat. Plenty of reviews about their amazing sandwiches. But don’t forget to try the bacon hash! Mmmmmm…

Yum! Yum! Yum! We loved our grilled cheese with bacon with and without tomato. The bacon chocolate truffle was good but I felt lacking in bacon flavor. I would probably skip it and make my own cake balls at home.

I’ve been trying different food trucks in the Boston area, to see which ones were worth another visit. I tried the Bacon Truck when they parked their truck on seaport blvd. outside of where i work. Atmosphere/Experience: Food truck atmosphere, but the truck has a comical display of anthropomorphic bacon… some are riding pigs(kind of morbid in my opinion). Staff was friendly, and move relatively quickly. I ordered the turkey avo and a side of the bacon scallion hash. Food: Awesome, the sandwich was amazing everything on it was fresh and delicious. The bread was toasted well. Honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. The bacon scallion hash was delicious too… but i probably didn’t need as much food as I ordered not that that is a bad thing. Cost: Not bad, about in line or better than most things in the area. Overall: Probably my second favorite food truck so far. Wait wasn’t too bad, prices are fair and flavors are out of this world. Would I come back: Absolutely, there are so many different sandwiches, sides, and specials I will be visiting relatively frequently.

Nutella bacon & candied bacon for a steep $ 3.74 which came right out as others waited, and fortunately I could pay with CC.(They’d closed before 2pm on our previous day’s attempt, when they lacked a menu). Custom Amount $ 3.50 Subtotal $ 3.50 Sales Tax(7%) $ 0.24 Total $ 3.74

Bacon food truck, it is exactly what you think. Tried the BLAT combo and enjoyed every bite. Good quality sandwich with lots of flavor. The spicy pickle was an added bonus too. I don’t live in Boston, if I did I would be up for trying the other sandwiches as well!

These guys consistently make great sandwiches. May be a bit on the expensive side, but that is just a reflection of the quality ingredients they use. Great place to indulge

How could someone walk by the Bacon Truck? Everything is better with bacon including the awesome turkey sandwich I had! The Bacon Truck hits Watertown Wednesdays at the Arsenal mall which is so close to work I couldn’t resist. I went simple with a turkey club like sandwich and was truly pleased by my decision. Fresh turkey and perfectly cooked bacon… Not too crispy and not too undercooked. I can’t wait to go back and try some more but first I must make the rounds to all the food trucks at this spot! Also the Arnold Palmer they serve is pretty amazing too. Good way to balance the bacon goodness!

What’s not to love about BACON!!! Jumping on a train and outside the window of the station I see food trucks, and I had to investigate. Being a huge fan of all things pork related, the truck with the huge picture of bacon was my first stop. There are no words to describe just how delish everything tasted… I’d never pass this place by without standing in line and trying a few things. I drool when I think about it

The secret of the Bacon Truck lies in the grilled bread, which is so crispy and flavorful that it has to be cooked directly in the bacon grease. I have tried everything on the menu and there are no losers in the mix, though the pork shoulder sandwich is my clear favorite. Especially make sure you try the dense chocolate bacon truffle, which one of my co-workers described as «one of the best things I have ever eaten.» The only problem with the Bacon Truck is that it can be hard to find. They don’t always follow their posted locations and hours, so don’t count on that pink box of happiness to be in the place where you expect it to be.

Very good food, if a bit over priced. Also, I waited in line for 30 minutes. I’m not sure if the line always moved that slowly but if I’d known in advance, I would not have waited. I will warn — the BLAT aioli was too spicy for me and totally overwhelmed all the other flavors. It’s a good aioli and I’d love it on an otherwise boring sandwich but it killed the flavor of the avocado and the bacon(two of the world’s best flavors). Sad to note: my dining companion reported that the cashier grabbed her chocolate covered bacon with the same hand that she took her money with. No glove, no tissue, just direct transfer of icky money germs. I realize quarters are close in a food truck so it’s hard to have a truly designated money-handler but I’m still a little grossed out by that report.

Not bad indeed! I’m loving the havarti cheese in the mix! Probably your total daily calorie intake. But screw it. Eat well. Stay fit. Die anyway: P

Just ate here a few minutes ago. It smelled so good I couldn’t wait, I had to eat it right then and there. I ordered the B.L.A.T and it was delicious! Spicy too, which I love! The service was fast and friendly! Can’t wait until they come back in front of the Prudential Building.

I’m giving 5 stars more for both the bacon truck and the food truck city(if that’s what one calls the collection of 15+ food truck in a big parking lot. Back to the bacon. Breakfast and sandwich options were great. I had the BLAT(bacon, lettuce, Avacado and tomato). The bread was incredibly crunchy as was the bacon. I think it was a spicy aioli sauce in the sandwich as well, which was a nice kick but not overwhelming. For $ 2 you can make it a meal with a bottle of water, chips and a pickle. Afterwards I got some ice cream from another truck. I highly recommend checking this out for weekend brunch/lunch. Seating isn’t always easy to grab but the options are awesome!

Dear Bacon Truck, I arrived a skeptic. I left a believer. «ANOTHER bacon thing? Aren’t we all ‘over’ bacon?» I thought as we approached the truck. But then. This was the most KILLER blt I’ve ever had. I didn’t know it was even possible for a blt to stand out! This is not your run of the mill wimpy diner blt. No. Perfectly cooked crispy bacon. Ripe(!!!) avocado. Juicy tomato. Savory French bread. And then… the spicy aioli. It stole the show from bacon as the highlight of the sandwich. Don’t be a hater. Stop by this adorable truck for the bacon-centric sandwich of your dreams.

Best. BaconEggandCheese. Ever. EVER!!! And I come from Jersey, where bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches are great in lots of places so that really says a lot. I’d definitely come back again. Bit of a long wait, though we did seem to hit the lunch crowd.

The Bacon Truck is one of the latest food trucks in the great line up at the SOWA market. Everything on the menu looked amazing, but I had to go with ‘The Grilled Cheese’ to compare it to Roxy’s ‘Green Muenster’. Sharp Cheddar and American Cheese, Beef Steak Tomatoes, and of course Bacon. It was delicious and one of the best bacon grilled cheese’s I have had, but not quite as good as the ‘Green Muenster’. Give the Green Tea Lemonde a go. I hadn’t heard of that combination before and I’m not a fan of Green Tea; however, the two complimented each other nicely. Crisp and refreshing. Service was great. Everyone on the truck was happy, smiling, and having a good time; even considering it was the end of their day and they quite a few customers throughout the day to say the least. The wait was not unordinary for a food truck; about 10 min from the time you place the order.
