Was still feeling the effects of the night before at 6pm and was in dtx and was trying to decide between uburger and 5 guys… You can tell what I decided and the results… Didn’t really look at the menu as I know what I get, Gave my order and the cashier was questioning it… I’m hung over and I have been here before as I live close… I know what I want. Walk all the way home and up 4 flights of stairs get ready to bite into my burger and see onions… I know I didn’t order onions… Turns out I had someone else’s burger… My fault maybe, but when the number got called the cashier looked at me and said yes. Walked down 4 flights of stairs, had to fight through a parade just so I I go back to get the burger I ordered and they are out of burgers? Really uburger is out of burgers and before they tell that to me, they chuck the one I had in the trash… They refunded me the $ 5.50(actually my card was charged more with tax) but that’s all they did. Heck I would have been happy if they would have given me a new bun, took off the extra stuff off and refunded my money(I would have even been happy with the $ 5.50) for the trouble. Waiting for my 5 guys burger as I write this.

Located across from Faneuil Hall, Uburger offers a great alternative to fast food fare at a very reasonable price. You can choose from the menu or build your own burger. They also have chicken sandwiches and hot dogs. I had the boom burger which comes with Chipotle sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and fried jalapenos. I went easy on the jalapenos but I loved this burger. Tasty, fresh and hot all at a reasonable price.

Constructed a standard cheeseburger(ketchup, mustard, pickles) from the menu. Never underestimate the power of the pickle! Buns are also great here. Really enjoyed it, has the edge over Five Guys. Fries are ok, not my preferred style.

I want to love you, uburger, but this is the 6th or 7th time i’ve shown up to find you closed well before your posted hours(in this case, locked up tight at 7:15 when the door says 10). Not cool.

Had a burger Salad which was probably my first problem. Burger was thin a little dry. With the competition on the burger scene really on fire this place is not that special. Competitor with five guys but thats were it stops.

The fries were pretty amazing. Some of the best I’ve had. The burger was really average. Tasty toppings, I suppose. Fried jalapenos! Pretty much on par with B Good or Five Guys and the other mediocre burgers you can find in the area. I’ll go to B Good if I want a salad or interesting, tasty beverages. Their fries are borderline bad, though, so Uburger will probably be my go-to from now on for the burger/fry combo.

The oreo frappé/shake here is no joke. Please order it, but order the smallest possible size and enjoy slowly and with at least 4 other friends. No regrets. The burgers weren’t anything special, though it is fun mixing the toppings with the variety of choices available. I’m personally pretty partial to the fries, which still retain some bits of potato skin and have a good crunch to them. Malt vinegar is available with the ketchup and adds a nice tang.

I love the concept of UBurger but am a little disappointed as someone who became a recent vegetarian. I give this place only 2-stars because if you can’t make a decent veggie burger, please don’t put it on the menu. The burger came on a standard fast food white bun(nothing special) and came with a super tiny veggie burger. You can check out my photo, the whole sandwich was only about 10% burger. The BBQ sauce and pickles are legit and made up the majority of the flavor. Would I come back again… maybe once I start eating meat again. Until then I will seek(vegetarian) food elsewhere. PS Props for offering LevelUp. As my first purchase they gave me a $ 1.50 discount which was what originally pulled me in.

This place was just freaking awesome! From the first bite to the last bite this burget made me drool. Sit out on the front porch and people watch. This area is so very diverse given the college is right around the corner. I’m going back this week to get my fill of yet another great burger.

Wasn’t impressed to pay $ 28 for something that is 10x better at any other burger joint. My burger was cold. Fries smelled good but were bottom of the barrel quality and we left them on the table. If you must go, get your food to go as the place is freezing and won’t turn the heat on.

Ehh, okay burgers and higher than average prices. This chain from what I recall started over in Kenmore, and has expanded to a handful of locations throughout the city. From my original experience many years ago in the flagship Kenmore spot, I really liked it. But I came in here today and generally felt underwhelmed. All you offer is. ¼ burger? Really? Come on now, this is America. I think uburger is feeling some pressure from the likes of Five Guys here downtown, we’ll see if this location can last.

Uburger could be catching me on a great week. I hit a rough patch in the Faneuil Hall food hunt last week, so I decided to give foreign food a rest for a while and get back to my roots. What’s more American than a hit it and quit it, fast food burger. So I decided on an old faithful friend, uburger. I have had the yuppie, which is a solid 4. I usually go for this if i want to be in greasy glutton mode. But my, my that crispy sweet chic really got the best of me. I mean this was so good if you dropped it you’d think twice about picking it up. This burger was life. It didn’t even make it to photos. It was so good, i am mad i ate it. The fries… what more can you ask for.

Long waits for a burger and fries and doesn’t give the easy access. To wait for ur food to get called when this place gets busy

the burgers were good and well priced for what you get. the fries were good. the salad was pretty plain. i wouldn’t buy salads there b/c it was just iceberg lettuce with some cucumbers and few carrot shreds. the place has a good design but it wasn’t as cool inside as i would have liked. it was just flat out lukewarm inside. overall, it’s a good burger joint but in a bad location. people don’t travel from other places to Quincy Market to eat burgers.

This location is much bigger than some of the other UBurgers around the city. Honestly, I can’t complain! The food is exactly what you order within a timely manner. The staff are incredibly helpful, and the prices are average. I wish the ambiance was a little less cafeteria, but its super clean so that’s a big plus.

I think this location is fairly new! It’s located right by Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market We were trying to find a place to eat in Quincy Market, but nothing really fancied us especially because it was soo crowded and we probably wouldn’t be able to find a seat anyways But lucky us, UBURGER came to the rescue! There was someone handing out flyers for free fries with a purchase, so we took it and ran! Straight to UBurger! I got the Cowboy burger with bbq sauce, mushrooms, and bacon I was pretty impressed with the size of the burger. A very decent size for only 5.75 I think? And the fries! AHHH the fries were really good. So crispy and fresh and HOT. yummmmm Such a satisfying meal I just don’t know if I would come back here again at this particular location. They have much more seating than the one in Kenmore, but there’s just so many other choices around the area and North End is right across too.

Really solid burger and fries. They had bottles of malt vinegar available for dipping, which is ALWAYS a plus in my book. I had the Big Papi burger, which as a New York Yankees fan PAINED me to order as I felt like I was blaspheming, but it was absolutely delicious. The service was good, and the price was pretty much on par with Five Guys/Jake’s Wayback, etc.(Which is what I was expecting)

This new UBurger branch is pretty spacious and same as the others, with communal seating and an industrial motif. The burger is delicious, though I must say, nothing out of this world extraordinary. The fries didn’t need extra salt and pepper(props!). I haven’t had one yet, but I hear the milkshakes are the most delicious things ever. I’d definitely stop by UBurger over any of the food stalls in Quincy Market. The price is right and the food is exponentially better.

Not sure it deserves the title of best burger on the east coast, as I saw in one very enthusiastic TripAdvisor review, but it’s a solid burger, especially for being fast food. The bun was great, which is a compliment I don’t often hand out to burger places. I didn’t get the fries or frappé, so I can’t speak to those. Service wasn’t especially friendly, but I’ve learned that nothing in Boston ever is…

UBurger’s fifth Boston location — this one in Faneuil Hall — is awesome. It’s bigger than the others(probably because it will get packed with crowds in the warm weather months) and has some neat details like digital menu boards and a great mural map of Boston. All of the food quality translates nicely just like the other locations. It’s solid food, all fresh, and the team has managed to keep everything at reasonable prices. The people here are friendly — and boy do they know how to make a good frappé. Order a coffee oreo frappé for a secret/off-the-menu treat. You can thank me later.
