$ 25 off your first order, cool. At the store the sales associates didn’t have answers to a bunch of my questions which makes sense, they opened around November. When I asked for a different size shirt I was given a completely different shirt so that was a bit annoying but whatever. EXCEPT when I asked if I can get the shirt hemmed about 1 inch, the sales associate didn’t know, when to the back to ask, still didn’t have an answer. Took down my info and said they would either email or call to update me on the status, then shirt the shirt to me. 4 days pass, nothing. Call customer service which goes directly to their factory, not the store, and they also said they would update me. Nothing. Same day I get my shirt, they didn’t hem it, but safety pinned it. Seriously?! Called again, sent me a return label so had to ship it, and now still waiting for the shirt to arrive. Such a waste of my time, terrible customer service, and on top of that, I’ve gotten about 6 email confirmations that are unrelated to me and continue to receive them after emailing and calling them. Are you kidding me?! Stick with Lululemon.
