This restaurant was our favorite option for Chinese in the Mill Creek/Bothell area — both eat-in and delivery — but now they’re CLOSED. :-(Sign is in the window, phones are disconnected, online ordering is offline… guess we’ll have to find a new option for Chinese.

Worst food ever. Not exaggerating, just stating a fact. I’ve ordered delivery here many times. Food was never great, but free delivery of OK Chinese food. Today… inedible. After tasting just a few bites, I threw all the food back into the bag & drove it back to them. I wanted them to understand exactly how bad it was. And of course I wanted a refund. Nice guy behind counter(delivery guy too), had to call owner. After many minutes I was informed no refund. They’d give me $ 15 back($ 80 order). I got irate, said not acceptable, more rushed calls to owner, they’d give me $ 30 refund($ 80 inedible food). But they’d let me keep the food. What??? I argued. Finally got full refund. How irritating. I was delivered inedible gross food & had to argue for refund(getting to keep the food, NOT a selling point!). This was not a matter of opinion, or maybe just that I didn’t like the style of the food. Something was wrong!!! Grossly wrong with this food. p. s. re: delivery… 4 out of 5 times, delivery order correct & quick. 1 time — just a simple no show. And yes, like other reviewers have said, calling restaurant didn’t help me then either, I just got a «it’s on it’s way». Apparently that is all you will get from them.

Four stars means that I think we’ll be coming back! We had the Orange Chicken and Mixed Vegetables, and both were great. The atmosphere is very nice and the service prompt and with a smile. My only gripes are that we had to ask for chopsticks, and that we weren’t given bowls to eat with. I guess that means this is western style.

Bad bad bad! I ordered the Mongolian Beef and got it to go. I felt like I was chewing on fat instead of meat and it had no spice and no flavor I drowned it in siracha sauce to add it some flavor. Even the rice had no flavor I’ve never had bad rice before drowned that in soy sauce and siracha too. Plus really expensive! $ 16.95 for 1 Mongolian beef to go. Save your money and your trip better go somewhere else.

The delivery was fast, hot and on time. The food was not very good, somewhat bland, very little spice. The Mongolian beef was a combination of sliced and shredded which seemed weird. The chicken fried noodles were horrible. A big crunchy blob, inedible. We had a bunch of people at our house and the food did not get eaten.

I’ve ALWAYS loved this place! Best Chinese ever! Ive been ordering from them for as long as i can remember. Best delivery I’ve had, and you can get free product the more you order. No where comes close to this food.

Great local Chinese place. I don’t know why people give it a bad review. I think they are wrong. We have been coming here for years. It’s the best in the mill creek and Snohomish area. We go out a lot and know if a place is good or bad. The honey walnut shrimp is amazing and so is the house fried rice too. Mongolian beef is excellent. They make good strong drinks too. Please go and give it a chance. It’s really good! Update: I got two free egg rolls today! Great food again! We had Mongolian beef, house fried rice, kung pao shrimp and Hot and Sour soup.

This is honestly the worst restaurant I’ve ordered from in recent times, and it’s SO expensive. First strike was that they got our order wrong. They included and charged us for a plate of steamed vegetables we didn’t intend on ordering. The worst thing was that although the order was bagged, TONS of smelly grease leaked out of the container while it was sitting upright in my car. This same grease permeated through the bag onto my counters. It was really messy and ended up all over my purse, counter, and in my car. I’m going to have to get my car professionally cleaned to remove the sickening smell. The food was very sub-par. My bean curd was flavorless and slimy. The crab rangoons were cold. At $ 44 for two people, I don’t think I’ll ever order from here again. At least the panda bears inside are cute.

This was one of those nights when we didn’t feel like cooking so we called a local Chinese spot to get dinner, and delivery was included… Sold! We each got a dinner combo and with a side of rice for a total of $ 40 including tip. While we were waiting I started reading reading reviews of this place and I wished I had before I hit send on my order. Seems like a timely delivery isn’t something they believe in. They gave us a 45 min wait time… well fast forward 1 hour and 15 min later… we finally get our food, and no apology, but I can assume they were busy maybe. I had the beef and vegetables and my boyfriend had their general tso’s chicken, with egg drop soup and BBQ. Pork and fried prawns. The bbq pork was cold and very dry, the fried prawns were a joke… more breading than anything and again cold. I tried to dip it in the sweet and sour sauce they gave and gagged on that. The beef and veg was ok at best… Nothing to write home about. The General tso’s chicken was beyond bland and greasy. The only redeeming thing about the entire meal was the mass produced fortune cookies and soup. My suggestion is to find some other place to eat.

This is some bad Chinese food and I have eaten at some dicey Chinese spots. Everything here tastes old and overly greasy. This place is 2 minutes from my house and I still battle 164th traffic to go to panda express over bejing pavilion. I have eaten in the restaurant twice, once to try it, and another time because the Italian place next door closed(R.I.P. Villa Nuova) and my in-laws said eff it were hungry. Service was okay, food was less than okay. Kung Pao chicken is mostly water chestnuts and BBQ pork was really dry. Where they truly come in last is delivery. My wife decided to order delivery because we got home late one day and didn’t feel like going anywhere and they were the only place besides pizza that delivered. Delivery took over 3 hrs…3 hrs. Calling didn’t help as they only said«oh yeah its on the way.» I was getting ready for bed when they finally showed up and my wife had a couple bites and put the rest in the fridge because she needed to go to bed too. She said the food was cold when it finally did show up. She ordered a 40 $ reheated lunch. If you really want Chinese food, Imperial Wok is 8 minutes down the road in Canyon Park, China Garden is around the corner, or Panda Express is up the hill. These are all better options.

Pretty good food, but their attention to detail is awful. At least 6 times we ordered for delivery/pickup, a significant part of the meal would be missing. And for the cost of the food-unacceptable.

After class I decided to give this place a try… I’ve received a few menus on my door, or maybe in the mail, and am always game for a meal, especially when I don’t have to drive too far. I don’t know if they were closed and forgot to turn off the sign, or if they were just a little slow that night, but I walked in about 9:20PM and the lady at the counter let me know that it was to go only… which wasn’t a big deal. After a few minutes of perusing the menu, I decided on some Mongolianese beef and a veggie egg foo young(part of my «healthy» resolution). The lady at the counter didn’t ask me what type of rice I wanted, but if I wanted rice, which makes me think I probably paid for it. I don’t know about you, but I still find it somewhat odd that if I order an entrée or two, I have to pay for a side of rice… but I do see that a lot more often these days… maybe at higher end steak houses, weird at a Chinese/Amercian joint. The food didn’t take too terribly long, I assumed it was fresh since I heard the cook clanging and banging the wok around. The food wasn’t out of this world by any means, but it was good, everything tasted like it should have, and at first I thought this place was a tad overpriced($ 29 otd), but the two containers felt pretty hefty, hefty, hefty. I completely stuffed myself when I got home, the next day I ate some for lunch, stuffed myself again for dinner, my bro ate some, and there’s still some of both entrees sitting in the fridge… I’d say there was enough to easily feed four regular people. I like, I’d go back again, and rather than buying white rice, I’d just make sure to have a pot ready to go at home. The carpet seemed a little dingy, but the tables were all set nice and looked clean. Solid 3 stars!!!

After reading several reviews about missing food when delivery or take out was ordered I thought it best to double check my order before leaving. Sure enough I was missing an order of fried rice. They were courteous and immediately replaced the missing rice! Maybe they just need to be more observant of the actually orders. Still very nice people and good food! We will be back!

Usually I’m professional and go into detail when I write reviews but I just get pissed off whenever I think about our experience. Service: After tipping the delivery guy, he said to my girlfriend(not in a friendly way), «You are too far out to deliver too. Next time, you come in and pick up.» WTF? Why didn’t the guy on the phone tell us we were too far out? And where does this a-hole get off being rude? Food: As if to rub salt into the wound, the food that was delivered was not warm and tasted like it was a day old. Price: I feel bad that we wasted $ 50 on $ 20 worth of food and«service». Summary: Don’t even bother with this place. And if the owners are reading this, perhaps you should reconsider how to run a restauraunt.

Trying to find a good chinese place for our family dinner. My friend suggested this place to me. I arrive to find a bunch of people waiting at the door. It’s way too hot in the place and they have a crappy and small waiting area for customers. I go up to order my food and the I wait 10 mins for someone to come out and take my order… I hear loud chinese screaming and everyone running around. The lady who takes the order screams at me to get my order. I waited 2 hours until they got me my food because they forgot to put my order in… A family diner at 7 turns in to a dinner at 9. This place is horrible would not recommend to anyone. If you want a place where it’s all a bunch of angry Asians yelling and waiting hours for an order then this shitty restaurant is the place for you!

Ordered chicken fried rice, orange flavored chicken, spring rolls, and beef pan fried noodles for take out. All were mediocre at best. Orange chicken was the best of the bunch but I’d give it a C+. Everything tasted like it had taken from a lunch buffet after sitting there for a while. Nothing was terrible but I don’t plan on going back. And when are businesses going to stop using Styrofoam for take out?

This used to be my go to Chinese restaurant because of the nice atmosphere, choice of private seating(I adore sitting behind those shoji type screens), and super delicious food. But unfortunately the last two times I was there were lackluster at best. Food was still mostly delicious but the staff were awful. My last and final visit was complete with a server literally yelling at me and my friend that I ordered my soup wrong instead of the obviously Ridiculous idea that she took the order wrong, blatantly complaining about me in mandarin to her coworker(complete with hand gestures in our direction), refusing to give us chopsticks(it sucks being white ;p) and following me out the door to confront why I didn’t leave a tip. Hmm, perhaps because you did the opposite of customer service. the one time in my life i didn’t tip. No regrets. Worst restaurant experience of my life by far!

Amazing authentic Chinese food and fun!!! They always accommodate bigger parties or special events, with raffles and other specials of their own. Worth a visit!

We have been to this location and order delivery from it several times. The wonton soup is fantastic and the rest of the food is pretty okay. No real complaints and they are generally pretty quick on their deliveries. I often order the wonton soup from here to go when I’m in a hurry and also when I’m feeling a little sick. The broth is fantastic.

For delivery, this place rocks. I did find the rice to be kinda greasy, but the first time I had it was perfect. The fried wontons have great flavor. The Hot and Sour soup is one of the best I have ever had. It is worth the money.
