Finding a good mechanic is like striking gold. My experience here was the best. I have a H2 Hummer and every time i have taken it to a mechanic prior to here they jack up the price and try to replace things that don’t need replacing. I was frustrated and dreaded taking my car in to any shop. I even took it into a Cadillac dealer prior to this and they ripped me off more than anyone. Nate at this location exceeded all expectations. Not only did he fix what was needed, he did it at more than a fair price. On my drive home I felt like I had a brand new Hummer it was amazing! If you need a friend in the business don’t go anyplace else. I had my car towed over 100 miles to this facility and I will NEVER go anyplace else again.

Provided a knowledgeable diagnostics and prognosis on a recurring transmission issue with VW Jetta 2006, where two different dealers failed. Price are well below flagship dealers around, and get the work done in a timely manner. Very friendly and provide frequent update on progress. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I have a 1995 Mercedes SL 500. For the last few years, it’s had runability problems. My former mechanic would mess with it a bit and get working and it would last a few months and need the work again.
I moved to Lynnwood from Bellevue so I thought I’d see if I could find someone to trust up here in Sno County. The guys at Bothell fixed it right, this time. It wasn’t cheap, the parts aren’t cheap, but the service price was reasonable. And most importantly, I’m confident they found the real issue this time and that runability problem is gone.

I have been coming here for more years than I would rather count, and numerous vehicles of all makes.
Nate is extremely honest, and never tries to sell me a service or part that I do not need. Currently he is keeping my 2002 Honda S2000 (among other vehicles) in immaculate condition. His crew takes care and pride in their work, they answer any questions, and I never hesitate to refer anyone to them.

This is the place to get your import fixed! We have been using the local volkswagon dealership to fix our 2004 passat tdi because we have been unable to find a reliable shop. Then when our transmission went, we had to find a place that could handle the job. After doing extensive research, I called Bothell Imports. They were so helpful from the beginning. They were able to diagnose and solve the cars problem that day. They also have integrity. They would not give the car back to us until it was perfect. We do appreciated that. This is hard to find in a shop these days. These guys are smart, have integrity, and care about their customers.

Took my 98 328i BMW in because of what I thought was work I needed on the rear end… it had been sitting for a while. Nate found the problem, not what I thought, saved me a lot of money and since it was sitting for so long, he fixed and serviced it per my request. I was so pleasantly surprised by the quote and he stuck to it. Been over a month now and is still running like a top. My trusted mechanic retired, so I looked at Unilocal,found these favorable reviews… was not disappointed. I would recommend this shop anytime, nice to know I have another honest mechanic to go to.

Just moved to the area and I brought my VW Bug here to change out the spark plugs and the starter, and they were super fast and friendly. Speed was definitely huge for me as I needed my car back ASAP and at other auto places, I had waited up to a week to get my car back. They had great reviews on here which got me in the door and it will definitely be my go-​to place for repairs. Thanks to Nate and the team at B.I.S. :)

Chose because of Unilocal.Had driven by a bunch of times and never noticed this business.
Pros: did not charge for a diagnostic eval, did a really good job, everything fixed the same day, did thorough investigation of other potential problems.
Cons (minor issues): was a little hesitant with the metal bars on the window and the barbed wire fencing, minimal parking out front, the price they quoted for some other routine maintenance was somewhat more expensive than other area chains.
Overall: pleased with service, would return.

What a great shop! My wife and I are new to the area as we have moved from out of state. Our 2006 Mercedes S430 had a burnt out driving lamp and needed replacement. My wife took the car to Bothell Import Sevices and they replaced the lamp immediately at no charge. How about that!
There was no wait and no cost!
The staff was friendly and helpful. I think I found a GREAT repair shop near my home.

Great service. Took care of some unusual issues my car was having. like leaking oil. whoever heard of a seal going bad on an oil filter. Had a weird exhaust leak that they found and got the parts and fixed it great. On the way over to the shop my wipers gave out. They got them going again although it took a couple of days to get the parts in. they kept me posted. They even gave me a ride home.
Let’s face it repairs aren’t cheap but these guys did a great job and at a much better rate than most places I have been,

I’m still new to car repairs so when my windshield wipers slowly stopped working on my drive home in the rain and dark I assumed the wiper motor would need to be replaced. As a female in my early 20s I was worried about getting the truth from a mechanic and not being «taken through a loop». I took my car here and all it took was a quick tightening of a few screws and I was on my way, no charge! I was very satisfied with the way I was treated and it made me feel comfortable taking my car here for bigger ticket repairs in the future.

Have used these guys on my 1999 Saab 9 – 3 SE while being stationed in Everett. They have always been very helpful and able to work with me around my complicated Navy schedule. Trustworthy auto shop with quality work.

I’m new to the area and needed a trustworthy place to tell me why my ’97 Jetta wasn’t starting. Unilocal helped me find it in the team here. And later a couple of people from work told me I’d made a good choice.

I have been here twice now and will continue to take my car here in the furture.
The first time was for my radiator, but the second time was for something a little more complicated. I had been having problems with my car for a few weeks and nobody knew what the problem could be. I felt as if it was a lost cause until I took it here. These guys kept me updated on the progress and were able to fix the problem.

It’s nice to know that there’s still some good people out there.
After getting the run around and ripped off time and time again, I stumbled across Bothell Import Service and was intrigued by their sign that said «We work on VW’s». So, after being told that it’d be several hundred dollars and «at least 2 hours» to determine why both of the headlights on my Jetta went out at the same time, I decided to call these guys for a second opinion.
Not only were they extremely friendly, but they got me in on the same day. It took less than 20 minutes for them to replace both bulbs and have everything working again. No costly electrical problem like the other guy told me, no two hour + wait, AND they didn’t even charge me. Yes, you read that right — they didn’t even charge me. All they asked was for my return business — and they definitely got it.
Do not hesitate to bring your car here. These guys are the best.
Also, I overheard them telling another person that they service all cars, not just imports…
