F & F Auto Clinic

F & F Auto Clinic at 19 518 Bothell-​Everett Hwy SE in Bothell, WA has restored my faith in people. They are honest and knowledgeable. They are the Doctor of Auto Repair. That is why it is called the Auto Clinic. The staff welcomes you and shows compassion. They explain in words you can understand and actively listen to your concerns without judgement. They take the time to repair your car the first time and do not create issues which will cost more later. Been to those places but no more as F & F is the only ones touching my car. F & F welcomes all cars and people. They are Beautiful Souls that respect your dignity and pocketbook.

I had an overheating issue with my 98 Honda Accord over the last weekend. Set up and online appt and received a call from Amy early Monday morning. I was told that they wouldn’t be able to look at my car until Tuesday but that I could bring it in anytime and if a mechanic had a chance they would take a look at it earlier. They were able to fix my issue and return my car to me by 2pm on Tuesday, so the service was excellent and very fast. Amy was also very friendly and made the shitty process of bringing your car to an auto shop a lot more enjoyable. Didn’t rip me off on labor and charge an arm and a leg (like Evergreen Autoworks down the street) either. Will definitely be returning to F and F with my vehicles if I need any more work done.

For the past 8 years, I have used their services. I have also used other services when they are not available or the cost is a bit high. Mark and his crew are the best of the best, and you may not get the answer you are looking for, or want to hear, but its going to an honest one. And you can always say no, and walk out. Also, work is never done by any Mechanic unless they were given the permission by the owner. This stands true to all honest auto repair shops. Everyone is looking for an honest and clean auto shop. I believe the good out weigh the bad reviews. Not everyday is going to be a stroll in the park for mechanic or customers.

The staff was so friendly. Repaired my car quickly. I didn’t have another person to drive my car home so they drove me home and back without hesitation. Not necessarily cheaper than any other repair shop but it was worth it for great staff.

Can’t believe all of the good reviews. I had the worst customer service here that I have ever had at an auto shop. Worst of all it was from the owner. He was rude, talked fast, impatient and told me «I feel like I’ve already explained this to you». Excuse me, but if he needs to explain it again, that shouldn’t be a problem considering I’m paying 500 dollars. I will never go back here again and I’ve told my family not to as well.

I have been coming to these guys ever since moving to Washington, and have a had a few issues with them, but to top it off, they were very manipulative and lied about charges! After bringing my car to them with a known issue, I was told they could not work on it for a while, and since I was in a time crunch, I was just going to go elsewhere, but they then told me they would just quickly look at the fluid to make sure it was not low! Thirty minutes later, they charged me for things they did not tell me about until it all done! I got charged for them tell me what I already knew what was wrong with the car and for the fluid top off which I told them I was able to get for free elsewhere! I am extremely upset with the lack of communication, if I knew they would have done those things, i would have declined and left. I feel very taken advantage of and even when we called afterwards to discuss the charges, they were very rude on the phone and unwilling to see from my view. I trusted these guys, and it sucks that they took advantage of that…

Went in at LEAST a half hour before my ball-​parked appointment time the other day so I wouldn’t have to wait as much, boy did I get that wrong. Waited over 2 hours and got charged an arm and a leg AFTER they did the procedures without my consent. Horribly unprofessional, first and last for me despite many positive reviews through the grapevine.

These guys are fantastic. The Amy’s are hilarious and very outgoing. They did some serious engine work on a bad deal and have kept up with me no questions. Mark was awesome. Took good care of me and handled the whole situation with dignity and patience. If I could give them 10 stars I would, never have I had better service in my life anywhere. If you need any work done and have been scathed by other shops, this is the place to go. Just look at their reviews anywhere. If you’re a vet, they treat you honorable and with respect you don’t see very many places! Just all around fine examples of human beings should be like.

We had a surprise belt evacuation on the highway. We battery powered the car to F&F on a friends recomendation and were very pleased we did. They were super busy (the week before Christmas) so it took a few days for them to look at the car, but not only did they look they even repaired it before they called with the diagnosis and she was done the day she got looked at, and in time for Christmas too! AND it didn’t cost an arm and a leg like the dealership would have done! Merry Christmas to us!

Dependable, honest, professional and reliable — these are some of the qualities I’ve come to appreciate about F&F. I doubt they are the cheapest, but their service is so good I have never bothered to check around. I can always count on them to communicate with me about what the problem is, how much it will cost, and how long it will take. You may have to wait a few days to get your car in, but I suggest you wait and go with F&F because you’ll be happy with their service. Plus, the mechanics are really nice and don’t talk down to women as if we’re dummies. That is highly appreciated!

I took my old van in for an electrical problem that ended up being very difficult to track down. They were very diligent and even phoned the Chrysler experts for assistance. It turned out to be a corroded connection in a junction box. They charged me for half the time it took to discover the problem and made sure with additional diagnostics that the problem had been solved.
I also went there to have a used car checked out by them and they did not miss any problem areas.
