The only complaint I have is that it took me 8 years to try this place! I’ve been driving by this taco truck almost everyday too. The reviews were great, friends all had positive feedback and the health records (yes, I checked) were all good so we gave it a try. Wow! Best street tacos EVER! You will not be disappointed. This will quickly become a weekly stop!

I went this past Saturday when I was getting some keys made by the Locksmith in the same parking lot. I wanted tacos and asked which was best, he recommended the BBQ pork. They were well seasoned and had the perfect amount of spice. I am definitely going to stop by more often on the weekends. $ 1.50 Taco’s are a great deal!

I just moved from Mexico to the area. These are by far the best tacos I´ve had in Washington hands down. The Asada, Cabeza, Lengua and Carnitas tacos could compete with some decent street food down in Jalisco. Tripa is also hard to come by so its GREATLY appreciated.
Both sauces, green and red are fantastic with the authentic, handmade flavor and the braised onion and chile is out of this world !
I tried the burrito but it was more or a tex-​mex kind of dish, not real mexican burrito, so I stay around the tacos ever since. Some of the more exotic meats (like tripa) goes fast, so its better to get there early.
I go there as often as I can !

Finally tried this taco truck out the other day & yum!!! Very good tacos w/​fried onions, peppers, & radish on the side. The price was great @ $ 1.50 ea. & was served w/​a mild & hot sauce. Looks like they have lots more on the menu I’m going 2 have 2 try… but I think I’m going back for the tacos on my next visit… really good. Just adding 2 my last review… this place is sooooo good 5 stars :)

This is a fantastic little taco truck!
The lady at the counter was friendly and the menu items all look really good.
I got the enchiladas rancheros with chipotle sauce and it was fresh and flavorful. They sell pineapple jarritos and have a little seating area as well.
The food did take a little while to come out, but at least I know it was cooked fresh. They were very accommodating when I asked for cheese enchiladas instead of meat.

I love this place, been here many times. Just like getting tacos when I was in Mexico. I also love that I can call ahead and it’s ready when I get there! I highly recommend. Very clean and really great tasting authentic food

3.5 Stars.
Standard taco-​truck food. Wasn’t great, but was pretty good food for the price. I had 2 of the beef tacos, and tried to finish a beef burrito… I was completely stuffed. The burrito could have used more beef, but all in all I was pleased. 1,000 times better than La Palmera. I’ll definitely go back.

Tried this taco truck yesterday and it was delicious! At first glance, I thought that the prices for the entrée items ($ 7 – 9) were steep for a taco truck but after trying some smaller items; tacos ($ 1.25), mulitas ($ 2) and gorditas ($ 2), it’s worth the price! The items I got were delicious, the meat tender and flavorful, sauces and veggies right on.
They are open late, truck looks clean, habla Inglés, and they have a covered picnic table eating space. They are located in an unpaved lot with a locksmith and a church right on Bothell-​Everett Hwy just north of thrashers corner.

It is sooo nice to have a good taco truck in the area. The really great thing about La Sabrosa is that they have a pretty substantial menu. I have personally only tried the tacos and the Green Enchiladas. Both were very good and I would recommend them to anyone. I also just found out they do phone in pickup orders which is Amazing!

A new taco truck has graced the greater Bothell area, and it is good.
It’s been there for a month or two now, and I finally decided to try it. True to form, it is in a truck, and there are some covered picnic tables next to it. I glanced at the menu — which had everything from tacos to tortas — then spied what I’d get. Tacos, of course. I got them to go.
The tacos came with both a spicy red sauce and a green sauce, and the plate came with not just the typical slice of lime, but fried onion, radish slices, and a fried slice of pepper.
The tacos were delicious. The pork was spicy and tasty. The lengua (tongue) was very tender. And best of all, they had a tripa (aka tripe) taco, which were incredibly delicious. I’d be tempted to get three tripa next time, it was that good.
Unfortunately they were out of cabeza, but that gives me something to look forward to next time I go.
