I also bought a livingsocial deal, for Rob’s side business, Pinup Seattle Photography, for a Valentine’s Day present. The shoot itself was really fun. He told me to bring lots of different outfits, we played around, I was really excited when I went home. Then there were two major problems. 1.) When I went to meet him to pick up the disc of images, he only had 3 printed 8×10’s and said he couldn’t edit the rest because he had been«robbed» and they had taken his editing software. He said my images weren’t taken because they were stored on a different computer. He said that they had stolen computers and cameras, though his DSLR was in plain sight. They apparently tried to take a very large screen TV, but failed. I checked the local police blotter because it seemed pretty bogus, and never saw anything. He said to call back in two weeks to get the rest of the images, but every attempt to get them has failed. Very unprofessional. 2.) The images he did give me were AWFUL. As in, the original images were pretty good, but the guy doesn’t know when to say when with Photoshop. Remove a blemish? Maybe clean up some bare legs? Fine. Completely edit to the point where everyone looks like a sparkly vampire with colored contact lenses? No thank you. Oh, and lets make it look like she’s holding a fake Coca Cola sign, that’ll be cool, right? Put. The. Mouse. Down. I gave him two stars because the shoot itself was good, and it looks like the guy would probably have some talent if he didn’t rely so heavily on Photoshop. Plus there might be a slight chance that he actually did get robbed, but I’m not holding my breath. The deal was cheap and overall, my boyfriend was happy to see me scantily clad, even if I did look like I lived in Forks. But really, stay away from this company. Unless you like vampires.

I bought a living social deal and over the year tried multiple times to schedule my photo shoot. I left messages with my name, phone number, and living social deal voucher number as noted on the voucher. I never received a call back to schedule. With only a month left before the deal expired I was calling 2 – 3 times a week and not once received a call back. I finally had to go to living social to request a refund. I bought this deal at the time I was looking for a photographer for my engagement photos and wedding photos… Poor customer service lost you guys some potentially significant future business. I have friends who own their own businesses and have used living social as a way to publicize their business, yeah they see a living social deals come in and say«ugh not another living social deal» but they provide the service they are contracted to provide, they don’t just ignore the patrons, plus they know those deals have quadrupled their return business.

Showed up on time for our appointment and waited 30 min(at the time of writing this review, could end up longer since we asked them 10 min ago how long it would be and they said 5 min). In this day and age 1) they should be in time and 2) they should communicate with you if they are running that far behind. I would like to think they’d give us a discount considering how long this is taking. Quick update before I post… It has now been 40 minutes!!!

Very poor experience. We had an appointment and waited 35 minutes past. I had to ask several times for an update with very little response. I would recomend a hobo with a disposable camera ahead of this place
