Dave is incredibly thorough. He’s a professional engineer so he was able to provide me with a very detailed diagnosis on a house with a sinking back porch/​addition and a settled foundation.
He gives you a list of exactly what needs to be dealt with now, within the next year, and within the next 5 years.
He was also very responsive over the phone, and I was able to schedule a same-​day inspection due to a cancellation. He is probably overkill for a condo inspection but for a home you really can’t beat Pioli.

Dave is very knowledgeable. He showed up on time and answered all my questions during the inspection.
