Dave is incredibly thorough. He’s a professional engineer so he was able to provide me with a very detailed diagnosis on a house with a sinking back porch/addition and a settled foundation. He gives you a list of exactly what needs to be dealt with now, within the next year, and within the next 5 years. He was also very responsive over the phone, and I was able to schedule a same-day inspection due to a cancellation. He is probably overkill for a condo inspection but for a home you really can’t beat Pioli.

President of my Condo Owner’s Association, Criterium Pioli was recommended to me by the condo inspector I used for purchasing my home. We had an appointment all set to go to inspect the entire property for maintenance concerns and they never showed. I called 10 minutes after our scheduled time, voicemail. I called 30 minutes after our scheduled time, voicemail. I called the next day and left a 3rd message asking for a return call, nothing. It’s been a week and I haven’t been contacted. Unprofessional, unreliable and not worth wasting my time on. DONOTUSETHEM.
