Went to get eggs today & was disgusted at what happened. Brought the eggs to the counter to pay. I already checked them for cracks, but the owner thought he should too. He opens the carton up, hacks the nastiest, wettest, mucus-​like cough ALL OVER MY EGGS and then shuts the carton and continues to ring it up. I said, «Excuse me??? I’m not buying these.» & walked out. Who the hell does that…
Aside from being a rip off mini mart, the guy that owns this place is a jerk. It’s dirty and I would not true their products, even if the expiration date is miraculously still good.

My wife, son and 3 boys went to DJ Market to purchase some miscellaneous items. It is a bike ride away from our house. My son gave the owner/​operator $ 20.23 for a 7.23 purchase. The Owner then gave my son the items then went on to next customer. My son said I didn’t get my change and the owner feigned a language barrier and ignored my son. My son went to my wife and describe what happened. She went and asked fro the change he once again acted as if he didn’t understand and continued to assist customers. Very shady business practice as it was evidently purposeful. My wife eventually got the change.

Owner doesn’t care about you.

Terrible service, rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and I will never shop there again. The owner is rude to kids of all ages and just there to make a buck. It’s too bad as I live very close and would love to shop there. I will NEVER step foot into this store again and I HIGHLY suggest you don’t either.
