based alone in customer service. We decided to try something new and ordered the Gourmet Hawaiian– it has coconuts and almond slivers on it. NASTY! We couldn’t even finish a slice each. We were able to brush off the almonds but the coconut is in the cheese. We called them only just after receiving it and nicely asked if they could re make it without the coconut. The manager didn’t care that we weren’t happy with the pizza and refused to remake it. They sure care about customer satisfaction! I do NOT recommend trying something new for delivery with them, waste of your money if you’re not happy.

Great for people with allergies! I really appreciate how responsive the staff is when we express concerns about ensuring our daughter won’t be exposed to ingredients she is allergic to.

Wonderful Pizza, Not the everyday Selection which is wonderful. My only Critic would be that the Crust(which is my favorite part) is constantly Doughy. I would cook it 2 Mins longer and it would be 5⁄5 stars.

We ordered pizza from Garlic Jim’s last night. We got a pepperoni pizza that had large, regular and chopped up pepperoni. The crust was bland and thin; I like a more thick, chewy crust. The toppings were sparse and hardly any cheese. Delivery was about 30 minutes which was good. The highlight was the Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. I don’t think I’ll order this pizza again. It was a lot like a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Food: 2 Service: 3

We got the Sicilian and the BBQ, both medium. Delievery was pretty quick and was able to order online very easily. Payed $ 37 with a 15% off online special, includes tip. They do charge a $ 2.99 deliever fee. I think that is a bit pricy for 2 medium pizzas. The za was a 4 star, but the price dropped them to a 3 in my book. We recently moved from Las Vegas to Mill Creek and we were able to get the same quality of food, but could get 2 larges and cheese bread for around the same price. $ 16.99 for a medium pizza is little high.

I recently moved to Mill Creek and was looking for a decent pizza place. I should have paid attention to the reviews but I decided to give it a chance. I ordered a pepperoni thin crust, red onion on one half. The pizza was overcooked, the crust edge dry. The half with red onion featured nine straggly pieces of onion, would have amounted to less than a tablespoon. I was looking for pizza without the sweet bready crust ot the other chains, and while this was neither sweet nor bready is was dry and unremarkable. The pepperoni was a smaller thicker version and spicy enough that I couldn’t detect the flavor of the sauce so I can’t comment on the sauce. Overall a major disappointment, I won’t be back.

We ordered a large Sicilian with extra pepperoni, house salad, and wings, which came to $ 37 before tip. I was disappointed with what we received. The pizza was good, but they’re extremely skimpy on the toppings. As an example, we had two«small» pepperoni slices per slice of pizza — extra pepperoni? The salad was good with the exception of the croutons, which came in a little package containing roughly eight tiny pieces. Their Chipotle Ranch dressing is good! The wings aren’t good unless you’re into slightly soggy chicken skin. Delivery was fast and again the pizza and salad were good. I believe their prices to be about 35% to high based on quality and lack of toppings.

Got the veggie pizza .It had too much bread and less veggies. But the delivery was very quick .Also the cheesecake(which as per the website says«serves 2») is way too small.

We’ve largely stopped ordering from Garlic Jims, because it seems like their quality has dropped recently. Pizza has been merely ok and pretty stingy with toppings. Not the best option in the area, but certainly not the worst.

Once again, great pizza! We ordered another one of their famous gluten-free pizza’s, and we loved it. They are actually accredited by the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America — how about that! So if you have Celiac disease, give them a try and buy lots of gluten-free pizza so they keep making it. Thank you Garlic Jim’s!

I hate to give this place only two stars, but I was really disappointed given the 4 stars this place gets on Unilocal. First, I have to say that the kid taking my order was not at all enthusiastic, but whatever, he was probably a bored teenager. The delivery driver was very friendly and outgoing, which I appreciated. Anyhow, I have yet to find that ever-elusive Margherita pizza that I crave. Garlic Jim’s offers a nice thin crust that I really liked, and they let me swap out the olive oil with red sauce, no problem. However, I was sad to see my highly anticipated pizza show up with a serious amount of diced tomatoes on it, and my pet peeve with Margherita pizza — basil that was cooked into the cheese instead of laid fresh on top after baking. I see why they are called Garlic Jim’s now, as it had very large chunks of garlic on it as well. I didn’t mind it, but some people might think it’s overkill. Generally speaking, the pizza was average tasting — not great, not terrible — but I was hoping to bring some to work as leftovers tomorrow and I just don’t see it happening. I also ordered the hot chicken wings which were sadly not good at all. They seemed exceptionally soggy without having much sauce, and came with a commercially prepackaged container of blue cheese much like what you’d get from McDonald’s. They also seemed oddly«fatty» for being chicken. Out of 10 wings, we ate two. I was told that delivery would take about 35 minutes, and they were right, so that was cool. Also, I was able to use a 15% off coupon from their website, so the damage was only about $ 21. Would I order from here again? Probably not. For pick-up, I choose The Rock, and for delivery, I’ll stick with Elliott Bay.

We were having trouble using a coupon on the website so we called in and ordered. When we got to the store to pick up our order, they were extremely friendly and let us know we’d be helped right away. They took our coupon without any problems and even gave us free pizza samples while we were waiting! At the end, the man who I presume was the owner, actually gave us coupons to use in future trips and was very nice. Service from all the employees was friendly and fast! Best service I’ve had a pizza place ever!

In past experiences, Garlic Jim’s has been a favorite of mine and my family’s, but this last experience was really NOT good. We ordered 4 pizzas and the dough on all of them seemed like it wasn’t all the way cooked, at least in little bits(mushy…). The Barbecue chicken pizza barely had any barbecue sauce on it and the other pizzas were similarly lacking in sauce, making them a little dry. To boot, it was about $ 70 of pizza. Seems like a lot for four pizzas we even picked up there; pizzas that weren’t very good. Also, the three young guys working in there all stopped talking and looked down when we walked in. Their demanor and attitude doesn’t inspire confidence or make me want to go back.

When you are this far off the beaten path in Bothell-Mill Creek land this is a decent Pizza Place. Their Pepperoni Pizza is average. My Mother loves the Gourment Garlic. Look for coupons when you can or you’ll be paying a bit of cash for A-OK pizza.

$ 29 for 2 large pizzas, picked up, and they were both ‘on sale’. Dang, I thought this was a recession?! The pizzas here are so-so, maybe mine was just overcooked. We ordered a pepperoni and chicken bacon ranch. the pepperoni was great(or so the kids said), but the chicken bacon ranch was dry, the crust was burnt on the bottom, the bacon was dry and overly salty, and there was essentially no sauce of any type I could find on there. My other issue was the front desk staff. When I called in and ordered, the gal who answered was great, she was helpful, made recommendations for ways to save $$(which even after buying 2 pizzas that were discounted I was charged $ 29), and explained the specialty pizzas. That’s where awesome ended. When I went in to get the pizza, the front desk kid seemed put out and confused. I used a groupon, and he seemed annoyed by that as well. I had explained on the phone that I was using the groupon AND that I only had it on my iphone, not printed, and was reassured that was a non-issue. Wrong, it was almost enough to make the counter guy pass out. He made me feel like I was a schmuck for not bringing the print-out version. Bottom line, Garlic Jim’s is too expensive for only ok pizza and some of the staff needs classes on customer service

I have ordered delivery from here a couple of times and love their pizza. They have some great gourmet flavored pizzas with chicken and other non-typical toppings.

This is a wonderful Garlic Jims near/on Seattle Hill Road. The location does not open till mid lunch on the week days, but it food is so worth waiting for. I love that you can get different cheese options(like Feta, cheddar, mozzarella) for no additional charge. The staff has always been friendly. I have ordered from this location about six times and have never had an issue with quality, freshness or service. You need to make sure you look on their Facebook page though for the best specials out there.
