Little Caesars

They used to be my go to pizza place. However the last few pizzas I’ve purchased haven’t been up to par. Too little sauce and over cooked. I’ve changed to Domino’s as you can get a more personalized pizza for not a lot more money. I still buy a pizza here now and again because my daughter likes them. Come on Caesars, you need to step it up.

They never have hot-​n-​ready pizzas made. I say this based on multiple visits. False advertisement, lazy management or super concerned about wasting pizza not purchased? Last trip ever here. I rather sit and wait for better pizza at domino’s.

First time here customer service excellent by cashier. Pizza was better then Pizza Hut.
The reason for 2 stars is they overcharge.
According to their price
Large round 1 topping pizza is $ 6.50
Extra topping $ 1.50.
Large round up to 3 toppings is $ 8.99.
I got large round pepperoni pizza so far 1 topping then I wanted mushroom. That equals $ 8.00. That is all I wanted. They charge me $ 8.99 wrong. I tell the cook he says ohhh i just gave you extra mushrooms I did not want extra mushrooms. By the way he did not give me extra mushrooms.
$.99 is just a small amount but imagine they do this to everyone every half hour especially those who buy 5 pizzas at a time
I asked why they do this they said that is how the owner wants.
??? So the owner overcharges everyone. $$$$$. In the 10mins I was there about 8 people came in took out 2 or more large pizzas imagine the overcharge on those.
Rip offs…
I ask for my.$ 99 cents back but he wouldn’t give it back because he said thats how the owner does it. Lucky my hubby was tired.
Like i said .99 is small but it all adds up.
