Every time I order a pizza from these nice folks, I’m always throughly impressed.
Domino’s pizza has sure come a long way, from their Krispy Krust, all the way down to their Kwality Kondiments.
The delivery has always seemed to be 30 minutes or less, and they always show up with the right order. The delivery driver friendly and knowledgeable.
These guys are gonna come out on top, keep it up

The crust has improved 100X over. The white sauce is tasty but doesn’t have a signature taste to it. Still much better than it was way back when. The young lady was very courteous and I was happy to get my pizzas immediately upon arrival. My only gripe is that dominos charges more for their signature crust. I went from expecting to pay $ 5.99 up to 8.99.

NOTE: This place is off the list. Even if my friends beg me, it’s not happening.
Ordered several pies for the crew the other day for gaming night as tune up for the NCAA championship. We are making a weekend of it in pirate fashion.
Ordered two of their Italian sandwiches with extra meat and cheese. They showed up with very little of either and almost no green peppers or onions at all. I mean really skimpy non-​existent toppings. If that’s extra meat and cheese I would really not want t o see the regular items ! Not pleased at $ 6.00 a pop.
Then to make it worse, the tops of the sandwiches slid off in the oven and I we received sandwich «smears» with half the toppings smeared into the box and burned as the thing was overcooked on top it. The entire thing becomes a solid mass and cannot be put back together.
Let me introduce you to technology which will solve this problem TOOTHPICKS !
Placed before baking then removed once your sandwich atrocity leaves the oven. But given how frugal this place has become, I doubt they would spring for them.
Ordered a Philly Cheese steak pie with triple beef, double provolone and American, onions and green peppers. Mushrooms do not come on real Philly steaks and they shouldn’t come on the pie.
Showed up with the crust burned. Many huge crust bubbles (see pictures from others who have reviewed.), the surface had large areas with no beef, no onions, or peppers just a paper thin layer of the «double» cheese I ordered.
Again, very poorly made with absolutely not the level of toppings I’ve ordered.
A really great way to up your profits in the pizza business is to stiff people on toppings. I see places do it when you use coupons but at $ 30.00 a pie that’s not going to fly !
Maybe the clown crew was on duty when they made this who are a step up from the stoner crew but this is just not acceptable.
Next time (if there ever is one) I will print pictures and send them to Domino’s Corporate with a suggestion that they revisit the decision to grant you a franchise.

Okay so this is an update on my recent experience with dominos. I called in and luckily I got Brandon the guys who I spoke with on my last order and I told him I wanted to use the coupon that I received in the mail and we went ahead and ordered. I got a large pizza with 2 toppings 2 lava cakes stuffed feta cheese and spinach bread and a Philly cheese sandwich. And to my surprise everything was how I remember dominoes tasting. My pizza was made very well like how it’s suppose to be and my sandwich had lots of meat, my lava cake was delicious and didn’t look like crap and the cheese bread was awesome. Although I hate that I had to leave a review and call in to complain in order for me to get the quality of food that I was hoping for the first time but everyone makes mistakes and I’m glad that I was able to help them fix a few of them and hope that they continue to make the effort to try to do it right the first time… Especially for this particular dominos, because apparently they have a lot of bad reviews. So I guess I will be ordering from them in the Future. Thanks guys!

Not going to lie, I love Dominos pizza – I grew up on the stuff, so it is some of my favourite pizza.
Unfortunately, I do NOT LOVE Bothell’s delivery service.
It was fast, don’t get me wrong, but the quality was sub-​par. The driver called me, not being able to find my house even though he was right infront of it, and said that I got my own house number wrong (which I didn’t). He was looking at the signs on the road and not the actual hosue numbers. He delivered the pizza being very frustrated, even though we tried to be as nice as possible.
Domino’s: please hire people who know how to drive and who know how to find a house.
It isn’t hard.
I am hoping my next delivery service is better, otherwise I will be ordering my pizza from elsewhere, no matter how much I like Domino’s pizza.

Painfully mediocre. Had delivery. Cold pizza. Nothing special about the order.
Look at the pizza in the images. Toppings are not even at all. Dough rose through half the pie (yeah… I’m an east coaster).

Ordered a vegetarian pizza that was delicious! But what was great was the delivery, they really read the note not to knock and called when they arrived. With 2 barking dogs and a sleeping baby this was critical. Not to mention the pizza arrived within 30 minutes of placing the order. I haven’t ordered from dominos in years, but after this experience I will definitely be ordering from here again soon.

Hit or miss on this spot! Some times its good but had it yesterday and me and the ball and chain both agree it had a funk. Service is always great and they always make sure you have plates, peppers, & cheese if you need them. Me thinks maybe they need to clean up there freezers or use fresher ingredients. Something’s off.

I want to upgrade my rating of this Domino’s location. Why?
After posting my last update, I felt I should call the location and talk to someone about the poor quality of the pan pizza I purchased. You see the pan pizza is now considered their signature pizza — they even serve it to you in a sexy black box.
I spoke with the Daniel the manage and I asked him why the pan pizza I ordered was cooked unevenly, had little cheese and hardly any sauce. He told me they had a new employee working there and that was most likely the problem.
He wanted to make things right and said my next pan pizza would be FREE. Last night I ordered my complimentary pan pizza and this time it seemed far better with the right amount of cheese on it and it was cooked to perfection.
While it’s good to leave a Unilocal review, we need to consider that not all establishments read these reviews and thus lose out on the opportunity to fix their problems. I think it’s helpful to actually call the establishment in question, talk to someone in authority and give them your feedback.
It worked for me and I believe they will address the problem with the new employee and the end result is that customers will get better pizza. Everyone wins.

no sauce (thats their normal), they don’t know what philly steak looks like (almost no meat), dough is gross. Terrible website.

Do they just not let the employees near a deep fryer?
I don’t get it… I ordered a mushroom cheese pizza and wings after hearing about their new «crispier chicken» campaign. The wings are in no way crispy… they are soggy and miserable– I had 2 wings, and threw them away. The pizza was under cooked, I had to put it in the oven for 10mins before it was edible. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the delivery driver is a really nice guy. Even on my laziest day I rather go down to the grocery store to get dinner than order from here again.
Complete waste of calories.
