Horrible customer service. I pre-paid my bill and when I went to pick it up they told me that they made a mistake and had to hand press my shirt and that I had to pay 5 dollars more for the single shirt. I refused saying that it was their mistake the lady there, I think the owner said she’s gonna keep my shirt till I pay. I said no way it’s a 140 $ dress shirt. Fine I’ll pay the 5 dollars but I didn’t have cash on me so she said its a 10 $ min credit card charge. I was not happy at all. I finally convinced the awful woman to only steal the 5 $ from me. I will never come here again. Horrible customer service. Oh I also had a pair of 200 $ jeans hemmed there and she did it too short. Ruined it. Do not go here folks. They will hold your clothes hostage even if they make mistakes and they will charge you after you have already paid

This is THEWORST dry cleaners I have ever experienced. Save your money and your sanity! In addition to a messy, unkempt store, the service is horrible. I dropped my dry cleaning off and stood in line for the lady at the front to finish her phone call. Then, they almost lost a shirt of mine without ever telling me! When I picked up my clothes, my blouse was hanging on another rack other than the bundle they gave me at check out. It has a unique pattern, so it was easy to spot. I asked them why my shirt was on the other rack and they said they didn’t know whose it was! Then they charged me $ 7.95 for laundering a cotton shirt!!! I will never go here again!

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEXPERIENCEEVER. I live nearby here and I was a LONGTIME(10+ yr) customer. Their prices are high, but they were close and always did a fair job of dry cleaning my shirts. Finally, recently they ruined one of my silk shirts and their response was the absolute worst. Instead of attempting to resolve the matter, they completely denied any responsibility and even attempted to blame me for ruining the shirt. This was a very expensive silk shirt. Some apology and maybe some store credit would have been all it took to make me happy, but they refused to even admit the shirt was damaged by them. Do not take your clothes here — it is not worth the risk — if they damage anything, they will not own up to it and make it right!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! I am only rating 1 Star for this business because Unilocal doesn’t give me the option of using No Stars, in fact if there were«Negative Stars» available, that’s what I would rate them! That is the only way I can describe this Dry Cleaner business. We have used their services for 4 years now, since we moved to the area, and they consistently disappoint us. From items not cleaned properly, to items that we pick up that have new stains on them. I used to have a dry cleaner at one of our last homes that would look for buttons that were loose or missing and hanging threads, and as part of their service would fix these items, all included in your normal price. That is just plain«old fashioned service» and a service I believe should still be offered. Dryclean U S in Bothell does not offer this service. I have asked them a few times to do this and they just won’t do it. On top of this, they are just plain RUDE! Recently, I asked them to clean an item, with specific instructions to remove several stains, they had not accomplished this when I came to pick the item up, so I left it there for them to re-do. I came back 2 weeks later to pick up the item again, and it was not done, but instead was now wrinkled. Apparently they were waiting for me to come back in to tell me they did not want to re-do it,(they could have called me as they have my phone number), so I picked up my item feeling quite a bit irritated with them, and told the lady I didn’t think I should pay for it as it was now completely wrinkled in addition to having the stains left on it. A guy(I think the owner) called me back a day or so later to ask me to come back in to pay for the $ 7 plus dollars for the item since they had cleaned it the first time. I argued with him but he was insistent. So a week later when I was in the area, I brought in the funds to pay and and told the lady on duty that I will NEVER use their services again. There is absolutely NOCUSTOMERSERVICE at this place of business. They just don’t get it in this day and age with this recession going on(and anytime really), Customer Service should be your priority. I am a business owner of 18 years and full well know the importance of Customer Service. I also am a Consumer and make decisions on where to spend my hard earned money based on the quality of goods and«service» that I receive. I have since brought my dry cleaning to 2 different places in Woodinville to test these businesses out. I asked one of them if they would take care of buttons that were loose or missing and hanging threads, and as part of their service would fix these items, all included in my normal price. They said that is part of their service and agreed it is «old fashioned» service and there aren’t as many businesses that still offer it. Yay! So far so good! I am very happy I made the move and wished I had done it a lot sooner to save all this aggravation! I will continue to test my new dry cleaners out and when I am completely satisfied they are really good, I will Unilocal about it! Thanks for listening to me rant! Clare :-)
