Dishonest and deceptive advertising. The sidewalk sign says shirts 99cents in big letters but in very tiny type«w/drycleaning». The real cost is $ 1.89. Be warned!

Keep your belongings away from this place! They do not know how to clean clothes and just as the commentor below mentioned shirts are press wrinkled! Stay away and spend your money else where.

The Cleanist ruined my jacket and refused to reimburse me the cost of the jacked. They offered me store credit but I told them I do not trust them with my clothes. Very disappointed because the jacket was not only expensive but it is no longer for sale.

I would give this place no star. The only thing that’s clean about them is taking your money. I took my husband Hugo Boss suit here and the guy got bleach stain in my husband suit pants. I told him that and he said it was already there, I told him it wasn’t. He kept the pants for a couple of more days to fix it. When I came back, it was ruined. That $ 800 suit is going in the trash since we can’t wear it anymore and the cleanest won’t pay to replace them. On top of that they lied to you in front of your face and still charged you for their damage. Thanks to The Cleanest I won’t be going there and wouldn’t want anyone to have to go through what I did.

These guys constantly try to «accidentally» dryclean a shirt that you just wanted pressed and then apologize about it when you tell them. But, they’re going to charge you for the dry cleaning. It’s happened more thanone. On top of that they continually press wrinkles into your shirts and run buttons. These guys really don’t do a good job. I’d suggest trying anyone else.

This is a review to give you an idea of the character of the business owners and the«tactics» they use to make money. I came into have the front button replaced on my shorts and they charged me $ 3 plus tax which I paid in cash upon dropping off my shorts. When I returned to pick up my shorts about a week later they told me I had not paid and used the computer as «proof» that I had not paid. Purely they tried to trick me into paying a total of $ 6 for a repair that usually costs $ 1 by means of pretending to be ignorant about the transactions. Please take this into account before bringing your personal belongings here to be serviced. I am speaking from a position of having no reason to lie as a customer. I would not be surprised if they purposely«forgot» about my transaction to get more money out of me because in past reviews others have complained of hidden fees that they decided not to disclose until after the service was provided. There’s a lot of different ways I could have handled this type of deceptiveness but I chose to stay calm, composed, and explanatory. After searching my house for the receipt(which they wanted me to bring in for some reason) I came back a second time and finally got my shorts back. As I was leaving the lady who works there started to raise her voice speaking to the other guy in another language and, let’s be honest, I’m sure they were expletives directed at me because that’s the only time I had heard speak in another language while I was inside the store. Hope this was helpful.

Hmmm… sign in window says«$.99 cent men’s regular shirt with dry cleaning.» I’m confused by the sign… I’m bring in shirts in to be dry cleaned! Why was it a charge of $ 13.41 for 3 shirts??? I asked and the answer I got was…“if you bring in with a suit, then we do shirts for $.99 cents.” Does this make any sense with their sign in window??? Anyhow, I won’t come back again… ridiculously over priced.

We just moved here and are on the hunt for a good dry cleaner that is affordable. The Cleanist is the second one we’ve tried so far and I will not be going back. I took in four mens shirts to be laundered and 3 pairs of pants for dry cleaning. One required the hem to be resewn. The total was $ 41, I had to repeat myself several times in giving instructions for the shirts to be starched(she kept asking«no starch?» when I was saying I wanted them to be starched). There was a sign on the window that said 99 cents reg mens shirts with dry cleaning. However when I picked up the items, even though they were rung up as «R mens shirts», they cost $ 1.99 each and when I asked about their«deal» she said the shirts were too big(1734⁄35) and that anything 17 and up was $ 1.99. Funny how it wasn’t mentioned anywhere. The whole experience left me feeling displeased and that they weren’t the most honest place to do business with.

A bit pricey to dry clean 2 pairs of slacks — $ 17.50. When I removed the plastic wrap from my sweater, it reeked of chemicals, strongly. The lady behind the counter quoted me $ 60 – 70 to clean a down comforter. She said, ‘They take a lot of work’. I’m going to try another local cleaner service.

Dropped in here on a whim, I’ll never go anywhere else. Low prices($.99 to launder a dress shirt) and quick service. When I came in to pick up our clothes I had my sleeping 6 month old in the infant carrier. Without my asking or waiting for me to struggle to carry it all, the woman behind the counter grabbed my clothes and asked«where’s your car?». She carried them out for me. I was extremely impressed and thankful.

My mom took some shirts here for cleaning, and when she pointed out that a shirt wasn’t clean, they gave my mom an attitude and basically was like«here’s your money back, we don’t want it». Seriously, your charge that much for dry cleaning at least be kind to your customers.
