**update (1−13−16)** Sarah is working with me to resolve the crappy experience I had. She quickly spotted a couple easy clips to make the cut look less like an ancient Egyptian wig and something more manageable. I really appreciate the effort she’s putting in towards making things better. It’ll be a work in progress. **
Gave this place two shots. Had the same lady both times. She wouldn’t listen to me at all when I described what I wanted. She cut me off insisting «I know what you want.» Both times she gave me the same awful ugly haircut. Too short, not what I requested. 20’s bob cut? She’s great for that. But if you have or want long hair avoid this place like the plague.

The Vietnamese lady there did not asked me anything about what haircut i want and started trimming. Then i came to know she was waiting for another customer. She trimmed my hair too short, that i was growing for 2 months, and when i asked why she did that, she said — «your hair no good» Grow them and come back. Worst haircut! Worst service! Worst smell!

I like the haircut I have getting at this place and my review is based on the behaviour of one of the hairdresser. Don’t wanna write her name but this aged female has no manners whatsoever. She is so rude and ill mannered that I just wanted to storm out of the salon without the haircut. Hey lady if don’t know how to operate the computer and find my account then you first need to learn how to operate that thing and some tips on politeness would also help you a lot. And oh I am not a kid I understand sarcasm when you made fun of me smiling at other customers. People like her really spoil your mood
