Jet City Pizza Express

This was the worst place I have ever been and would not even let my dog eat here! Like said in other reviews, it is out of a gas station store, they barely speak English, and the food is disgusting! I went here off a Groupon and THANK GOD there are other locations to choose from as I think there is potential, this is just a lousy franchise. The Jumbo Jet pizza had very few toppings on it and tasted like card board. The boneless buffalo chicken bites were disgusting, they were frozen chicken nuggets, barely warm with a little bit of Frank’s Red hot buffalo wing sauce drizzled on them!!! They looked nothing like the picture on the website! I would NEVER go to this location again and would not recommend that anybody go here Ever!

This little pizza place is tucked into a gas station on Bothell Everett highway. It’s unassuming, but puts out some pretty good pizza.
We’ve been twice, calling in for pick-​up each time. The man answering the phone is interesting — lively and a bit sassy. He was effective, though, and our pizza came out at the right location and correctly.
The crust is a beer batter flavor. It’s crusty and a bit nutty; I liked it. The toppings were fresh, and I thought the cashews on the Brewers Special pizza were a nice, if not unique, touch. Our second visit we got the gyro pizza. It wasn’t on the online menu, but we were still able to order it. It had a sauce of tzatziki sauce and gyro meat and was good, but a little one-​note.
They’ve had a Groupon deal out for a while, which saves you 50%. It’s a great way to try out Jet City!

We have been getting pizza from this new place in Bothell and it is great. We had been at Jet City in other areas too, but this location shop the people are very nice and helpful and they are fast and accurate. We appreciate them being close but I need to say specifically that they are always shorter than the time expected.

The worse experience I’ve ever had trying to get a pizza. I called in my order and was put on hold twice. The woman couldn’t understand or speak English very well at all. Finally was able to place my order for pick up which I was quoted 15 minutes.
I arrived there after 20 minutes and had to give them my name 3 different times. They said it was «just coming out of the oven». After waiting another 10 minutes I asked the status on my pizza. Again they asked me my name. At this point I became very frustrated.
I was told again that it was just coming out of the oven. I asked them if it really was due to the last time they lied to me. Another 10 minutes go by and no pizza. I ask them again for an update on my pizza and they asked me what kind I ordered… Really!?!
I tell them AGAIN and they said oh, ok, it’s almost dome. I’m steaming at this point but still keeping my cool.
Finally they give me my pizza. I open it there and it’s the wrong pizza! I tell them their mistake and they said no, that’s what you ordered. I argue with them and they remake it.
Finally my correct pizza comes out and they just put it on the counter. I ask one of the people working there if I owed anything since they didn’t ask for payment. they said yes where is your card. I asked them how much it was considering I was there for an hour and it had take 80 minutes total to get the pizza. He said $ 18.50!
I was irate at this point. I pointed out all the issues and he said hey I’m already giving you a discount (basically just charging the price before taxes). I told him they could keep the pizza at this point as this had become the most frustrating experience I’ve EVER has trying to order a pizza!
Needless to say I will NEVER order another pizza from there or give any business to the Chevron station either due to their association.

!!!Stay away from this place at all cost!
I wish I could give this place zero stars. First they are located in a gas station and that alone should be a red flag. They are extremely rude and do not speak English. The lady who took my order had no idea what I ordered and screwed it up bad. Then they would not refund my money. Instead they were extremely rude and argued with me. I just agreed to pay so I could get out of there as they are not worth my time. Also they took forever for a simple order they screwed up. Horrible place!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Let’s start off with the fact that this place is inside a gas station. Secondly, they barely speak any English. I placed an online order using a Groupon and as soon as I placed an order, they called me and confirmed what I ordered.
I arrive to pick it up and they ask me what I ordered and I told them as they scramble around in the back speaking a different language yelling at each other trying to find it. What I ordered was a Jumbo Jet and half of it without cheese (I’m allergic). Seems simple, right?
I finally get my pizza and what is it? A pizza with half cheese only and the other half mushrooms and onions… what the! No peppers, no meat and one half just cheese? No no no.
I go back and the lady immediately hushes me, «OKAY OKAY, I MAKE YOU NEW ONE.» Wait I want to tell you whats wrong with this one first. She interrupts, «Okay okay I make fresh one. Its okay I make right now.» Fine. I stand there and wait. She presents it to me before she puts it in the oven. And half of the pizza, is JUST SAUCE AND BREAD! No no no. This is not what I wanted.
20 minutes of standing inside Chevron later. We get our pizza. Not ONCE were aknowledged by any of the 4 other employees in there. Not even the owner.
Never will I go back. Ever. And I suggest you don’t either.

The owners of this franchise are amazing. Don’t let the fact this pizza place is inside of a Chevron scare you away. When we first arrived to pick up our pizza we were wondering what we had gotten ourselves in to.
The pizza is amazing. We also tried the cheese bread and wings, both of which sre very good too. The pizza here is gourmet with many different options.
I highly recommend Jet City Pizza!
Ps– they are a brand new location and have only been open a little over a month.
