JJ House Cleaning

I was excited when I saw such a stellar, recent 5 star review and sent an email last week to schedule a cleaning. Today I gave up waiting and called another company for which I had everything scheduled in less than 20 minutes. Very disappointing.

Jess and her crew have been cleaning our home once every other week for the past 1 ½ years. My husband and I both work long hours and we just didn’t want to spend our precious free time cleaning. It is always a little nerve-​wracking to invite a new person into your house when you’re not there, though. When we decided to find some professional cleaning help back in fall 2013, Jess came recommended by a neighbor — and we haven’t looked back!
Jess’s professionalism put me at ease from the start. She has never missed an appointment and communicates well in advance about rescheduling around the holidays when needed. She consistently provides efficient and good quality cleaning for reasonable prices. We appreciate that she is also comfortable cleaning around our friendly but gregarious German Shepherd, who undoubtedly greets her at the door every time she arrives. And she even uses primarily green cleaning products.
In short, we would highly recommend giving Jess a call if you’re looking for dependable cleaning help.
