New City Cleaning Systems

New City has been regularly cleaning my carpets and tile for over 8 yrs now (every 3 months). The price is highly competitive, and Jose is trustworthy, reliable and goes the extra mile to make sure it’s right. Everything looks like new when he’s finished and its dry within an hour. He uses top of the line equipment and cleaning solution. The one and only time a couple spots showed up a few days after the cleaning, I called to ask him how that could happen because I didn’t spill anything there, he offered to come back that week to fix it and said he probably needed to apply more of the stain removal (I have a dog). And fix it he did! It was very nice of him to offer without my asking,.he let me know that he really appreciated my customer loyalty through the years and was glad I called to let him know so he could fix the issue. Thank you Jose and I’ll be seeing you soon!

I had New City come clean the carpets in my girlfriend’s condo. We had gone on vacation for a week and had a friend look after our dog. Long story short, the friend failed to sufficiently let our dog out and there were animal stains everywhere on my girlfriend’s white carpet. The stains were impossible for us to get out, so I called New City. They somehow got all the stains out and the carpet looked like new. The price was also way less than I thought it would be. They saved the carpet and got me out of the doghouse. OK, pun intended. They’re awesome!
