I love this Outback! The staff is very friendly. The owner always stops by our table when we come to visit. She is very friendly and professional. She makes time to check on customers and makes us feel welcome.

My family & I are all suffering from food poisoning after eating here on Monday night. This has always been one of our favorite spots to go to, but now this experience has really put a damper on wanting to go back which is such a shame. PLEASE make sure your chefs are properly trained on cooking food correctly so this doesn’t happen to other people!

«Nice ambience, however undesirable overall experience.» We visited Outback Steakhouse on two occasions and found the service and food to be inconsistent. My recent visit was nothing different from the previous one and the food took longer to deliver. We decided to give Outback another try. Our first visit experience included delayed food, missing order items, and a non-existent server. Our second visit was not too far in comparison from our first visit. The initial wait for our server was starting to become noticeably long. Our drink orders were taken about 15 minutes after being seated and our appetizer and entrée orders was another 15 minutes. We were provided the customary bread and butter. The blooming onions arrived promptly with extra sauce. Our main entrees(Blooming Burgers) took an extra 30 minutes to arrived. One bite of the burger and I noticed my requested toppings was not taken into consideration. There was barely any water service and the condiments requested was not delivered. I requested a «to go» box and none came. I finally walked up to the hostess and she was able to deliver my request for a box. The overall impression is not a favorable one. The lack of service, disinterested server, incomplete orders and length of time to deliver entrees is the main reason why I am providing a lowered rating.

It saddens me to have to write this, but this was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Seriously. The place was nearly empty and it took over 40 minutes to get our food. The«steak» tasted like it was soaked in liver blood. Just horrible. The manager gave us a coupon for a free appetizer for next time. We gave it back and wrote on the receipt that we wouldn’t be back. It was all just a horrible waste of time and money. What happened here? The place used to be decent.

Slow service. Waited a long time for dinner. When it came, my wife and my steaks looked more like they were cremated than medium. Perhaps under the heat lamp too long? So we waited even longer to get our dinner. We’re not picky people, but the mistakes were too bad to ignore. The waitress was almost snooty when we just wanted to leave after waiting another 20 minutes for our steaks… we were already full from our bake potatoe meal and waiting. The manager was nice and credited the two steak dinners, knowing it wasn’t his fault. The dinner was already ruined by then. As I was leaving, another customer was returning their steak too.

Great service, I love the location and they have lunch menu served every day. Also great happy hour from 3:00 — 6:00! Yummy beer on tap! :) :) :) :)

TV ad brought me in since I hadn’t been here in a couple of years. Busy weekend night, we were asked if we wanted to sit at a booth in the bar. A party just left the table but no one wiped it down. We were told the menus were in the rack and look them over. There was so much food crested on them that it made me wonder what else isn’t clean, like the kitchen. Had a prime rib that was blah, under cooked as through no matter what you ask for they all come out medium rare. Splurged for the cheese covered broccoli, disgusting. Was still hungry after eating everything. Service was good but cleanliness was not. Won’t be back.

Like every outback. Nothing special about this spot. Don’t have the table tablet but the servers are quick and prompt upon getting sat. The food was fresh and tap beer not flat. No complaints.

Came in on a weekday night and got seated right away. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. But waited 20minutes and still no server came to take our orders(not even for drinks or bread). So we decided to leave. The hostess asked if we would like to talk to a manager when we left, but we didn’t bother because that means more waiting time.

I’ll highlight a few of the many reasons I don’t recommend this place. Outback’s food in general is generic/standard like most chain American restaurants; however, this place outside of the meal itself is just poor. To start, the interior is dated with very dim lighting and even a burnt out tv. As for the service, it was poor from the very beginning with dealing with a very disinterested and unenthusiastic hostess. We ended up just going to the bar for faster seating. That was a huge mistake on our part. The bartender didn’t even have more than 4 parties to serve, and he was just awful. Very disinterested, no enthusiasm, and a borderline rude personality. We even had to ask on several occasions to receive bread and still got it 10 minutes after receiving our entrees. It wasn’t an enjoyable experience overall.

So, to start. My husband and I used to go to the Outback at least twice a month, years ago when there was a Outback downtown Seattle. Its probably been a good 5 years since we had a meal at a Outback. I recall it being good. Not great, but good. In the meantime I suppose I have been spoiled with going to slightly more upscale steakhouses. But the group I was with decided to go here since it was a halfway point for all to meet. I have no complaints about our server. She was very friendly, attentive and helpful dealing with my weird food allergies and was overall great. A+ service from her. The food however needed some help. The salad I had was good. The bloomin onion was good. But my steak and potato were lacking. The steak was a med-rare ribeye. My favorite. It came out thin(looks like it had been pressed to be thin) and was. not hard. It had a lot of chewy bits I had to spit out, but it was more like. hard jello maybe? It didn’t look or taste(or feel) right at all. I ate only a little bit. Maybe 5 bites before I decided to just work on the baked potato. The potato was small and didn’t have much on it. Very little butter/cheese/bacon. But it was better than the steak. I didn’t want to complain. I suppose I should have, but I also didn’t want to wait for a new one or anything, nor did I want to put any pressure on our nice server. It wasn’t her fault at all. I’m not sure I’ll go back to the Outback. Maybe if its just for drinks and a bloomin onion. But certainly not for the steaks. It might have been a off night. I don’t know.

I went in with an open mind based on the recent reviews, and was pleasantly impressed when I got in. The hostess was kind and appeared friendly and took us to our table past countless other empty two-person tables to the back of the room next to the toilet where the only other black person was seated. Bam! Coincidence? Probably, but noteworthy– I started on a low. The Blue Cheese Wedge Salad quickly livened my spirits. It was an absolute delight and I dare say, the best I’ve ever tasted. It was a 5+ star. I had a 12oz Outback Sirloin with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, cooked Medium and finished off with a Sam Adams. The meal was as advertised and delightful. I will come back here again and again and the ratings of this location should be at least a four. I am giving it 5 stars for overall awesomeness.

Got take out for dinner and was sorely disappointed. All three steak dinners were undercooked by 1 – 2 levels. The blooming onion was thrown sideways in the bag and leaked grease all over. 1 small bread for 3 entrees? Geez. Ordered 3 salads and they were all very different in size and toppings despite being«the same». The curbside service was acceptable. Outback has gone up in price and down in quality. Won’t be coming back.

This place is a disaster and it’s went down hill since the new owner/manager took over. The tv’s near the entryway are about to go out and they even leave bank deposit slips and deposit bags near the door of your interested. The employees are unhappy and could care less about service. What a disaster. It would not surprise me if this place shut down under the current ownership.

Mother’s Day emergency dinner when the other reservation fell through. I am committed to call this place the Outback Saltlick from now on. And I will only mention it to warn people away from here! The food is nasty. My kids had burgers. Overcooked. Ribs– dry as a bone. Macaroni — looked like Kraft. I had a salad — blue cheese pecan with six shrimp for 15.99. The dressing was so salty and there was a ton of it! gross! The shrimp were too salty and cold and didn’t want to come out of the shell. Gross. My brother had fettuccine. He ate 1⁄3rd of it. Gross. My mom had a steak that was cooked beautifully. Sadly — too much salt. My sister? Same. My sister in law? Same. Even the bloomin onion was over cooked and nasty. I really hated this experience. The waiter was not awful — but not great. He wasn’t around a lot and he didn’t have much personality or appeal. We will never be back. Even my children hated it. A trip to jack in the box would have been better.

We have come to the dining room portion of the restaurant with a fair amount of regularity. Today was the first time we ordered takeout and were surprised when we got shepherded to a «takeout» room which is basically a cold tiled room much like the inside of the«drive thru» part of a restaurant. We were especially surprised when our waiter got so pissy that we didn’t leave a tip that he completely ignored us for the rest of the transaction. We have never left tips for takeout nor is it even customary, so we were pretty shocked by the 180 degree difference in his demeanor. We were so shocked we actually Googled whether or not it’s expected to leave a tip for takeout when we got home. We will not be returning.

Not coming back. I finally realized that it just isn’t worth the price. The Outback Special Sirloin is literally a 4 – 5 dollar steak sold for anywhere between 16 and 21 dollars. You can learn how to cook a steak in less than an hour. For this particular establishment, we have had several good experiences, but the negative experiences have finally outweighed them. We waited 40 minutes for our entrees. Both steaks were supposed to be medium rare but came out close to medium well. Server was nice, but we didn’t have time for them to re-fire them.

I have given outback chance after chance and hesitated to write a review because the service is always excellent… but… For the price this place has disappointed time after time to the point I don’t want to go back. The food is just awful. Do the cooks even care? Who buys their food, is it all frozen and microwaved? It’s not just this location either. It’s consistent at everyone I’ve been to this year. It’s sad because it should and could be great… but… And don’t say I didn’t warn you ;) Hope this helps
