New to Seattle and looking for a realtor to help us buy, we found Troy recommended on Dave Ramsey’s website… and we are so glad we did!
From day one, Troy and Michelle have been so incredibly responsive; always answering their phones, immediate email responses, and proactively calling to check on us throughout the process. The level of service they provide can’t be beat; Michelle knew we had a toddler and sent us daycare centers in the new neighborhood, they had the house rekeyed for us the day after we closed, and when the house was left to us in a messy state, Troy and Michelle immediately scheduled their cleaner come to the house to take care of it before we had even seen it.
As a realtor, Troy is calm, patient, and realistic. I appreciate his calm demeanor, different from other hyper relators we’ve worked with who want to be quick to close a deal. Troy made sure we found the right house for us, and took the time to understand what we were looking for.

Troy & Michelle were amazing! They walked us through our sale step by step and were extremely knowledgable on a variety of deeper questions we had.
