Hilary is the best real estate agent I could have hoped for. My husband and I were first time home buyers and were likely in over our heads in the vigorous Seattle market, but Hilary made the process smooth and painless. She listened to what we wanted while providing her own insight based on her years of experience. We bought during a time when good homes were literally on the market for just a few days. Hilary was able to get us to see them, guide us in making the right decisions, and present our offer when the time came, sometimes all in less than 48 hours. In the end we found our home in Ballard and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We will definitely use Hilary again for our next home purchase and eagerly recommend her to all of our friends.
