I started CrossFit at this gym and haven’t turned back since. You always hear about people doing crossfit with bad form and this is not something you ever have to worry about here. Form first then increase weights while keep form. Every crossfit gym I have visited has complimented me on my form. If you are looking for crossfit, lifting, a great community, a life changing experience, and of course fun along the way this is the gym for you.

This gym is one of my favorites of all the Cross Fit gyms that I have visited. The owner takes pride in his gym, he coaches you and help you learn and improve in a friendly way. I have been a cross fitter for over 3 years and Jake has revamped my thought process about the culture and the environment.
I have been there twice and have no complains at all.
Good job Jake for taking the time to work with your athletes.

I’ve been going to Outer Edge CrossFit off and on for 3 years. Nice box in the north end. The gym is fair sized and is clean. Jake, the owner and also one of the coaches is very knowledgeable about CrossFit, and makes sure you learn the correct form for lifting, rowing, etc. I love CrossFit because every day the workout is different and will challenge you! I highly recommend checking this CrossFit out!

A fantastic place to learn and get fit! I’m new to Crossfit, and started here a month ago. Jake has been amazing at paying attention to everyone’s form and offering just the right amount of instruction. Couldn’t be happier.

I’ve only done a few CrossFit workouts before going to this new gym. You’ve got to come. August is free! Great workouts, great trainer (Jake) with every workout. Competition. More pull-​ups than ever before.
