Pro-Flow Gutters

I chose Pro-​Flow because they have amazing reviews. Glen was able to come out within a few days, without me needing to take work off. He gave me a quote, which was more than reasonable. They had no openings for nearly 2 months, which was not a problem. They came out when they said they would and finished the job quickly. I even had a request on changing where downspout let out that I hadn’t explained to Glen. They had no problem with it and did a great job. It poured the day of and the gutters appear to be working great.

ProFlow did great job of installing guards in Autumn’2014 on our somewhat big house (with complex roof). Glen gave us reasonable quote, the job was well done, fast but no rush, in an attentive manner, all our asks and concerns were addressed. It’s been a year and guards worked as advertised. Highly recommend the team and the product!

We had our 20 year old gutters replaced a month ago by Pro-​Flow. Today it poured all day and we had no leaks. Yeah! Pro-​Flow was the most reasonable quote, which they provided without us needing to take time off work. They completely replaced all the gutters and downspouts in one day. No problems then and now we know they work.

Great experience working with Glen and Pro-​Flow. I was rushing to find someone to replace my gutters before winter this year. I found a few places here on Unilocal and elsewhere. Some places charge ridiculous amounts. Some don’t even bother returning your emails. Glen was on-​the-​ball. Quick replies. Professional. On-​the-​level and not a pushy salesman. And his prices were the best of the bunch. I’m a busy individual, and the house I needed gutters on is a rental unit, so it’s not convenient for me to be around. All my interactions with Glen were over email and phone, and yet he made it work, and made me feel comfortable about it all. He called or texted me to keep me updated on status the whole way through. Also let me know about some trouble spots and gave me the option to decide on how to deal with it. He even added an extra length of gutter on a side that never had any (but needed it) — it wasn’t on the original bid, but since it was such a short length he did it at no extra cost. That’s really great customer service! I visually inspected the work later and it all seems very nice. I am pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Glen.

As a fellow contractor I can say these guys rock! I was helping coordinate a clients gutter installation and these guys were by far the best firm we reached out to. They were responsive, reasonably priced, and did the installation in a reasonable time.

Our gutters completely failed in the last big storm. I called several companies in the area. Pro flow responded promptly, professionally and gave me a great quote. They arrived early to install gutters and worked quickly to get done. I felt comfortable with my little boy playing in the yard while they were working as they remained professional the whole time. Yard and all materials were cleaned up and the new gutters look great. Glen was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend his company.

My initial contact with Pro Flow was with Glen who was able to provide me an estimate utilizing the public records sketch with the understanding that it may differ some when completed, but it didnt. This save both of us time which is alway needed. The installation appoitment was set and I met Branden at my house the day to the install. Branden is professional and courteous, in fact I recieved complements regarding Branden from my neighbors who also commented on his professionalism. Branded and his crew ran into a snag during a portion the installation where the cable wires were in the way. I was able to make arrangments for the cable company to drop the cable line lower but it was for the next business day. Branden said, no problem, he would come and install the last piece the next business day. I offered to pay for another trip fee, understanding his time, but he declined and the next business day completed the installed.

After adding a room and a deck on to the back of our house we needed new gutters.
Picked Pro-​Flow based on Unilocal reviews and very glad that we did.
Super responsive to my original call along with coming out for an estimate when they said they would — i didn’t even have to be there!
The price was fair and when i called to book the work, I got a quick response and multiple options available for same week appt.
They showed up on time, communicated well, and did the job quickly for the price quoted.
That’s a 5 star in my book for any contracting like services. Will use again when it’s time to replace our older gutters and would recommend them highly.

I contacted Glen from Pro Flow gutters for an estimate. Our gutters were really old and a mess. We set up and time and Glen came over to give me an estimate, he walked around the house both front and back and gave me an estimate. I mention that because I got a second bid on the job and the guy didn’t even go in the back to see what was going on. Both estimates were about the same, except Glen told me that he would add an additional down spout and that made sense. The job was completed in the time that Glen, they installed the new gutters in the pouring down rain. I love the gutters they look so much better and Glen was very professional.

Pro-​Flow gutters did an amazing job for us. Our old gutters started falling off our rental home. I gave them a call and we scheduled a time for them to take a look at the issue. They were able to put up new gutters for us the same day. The home is a small rambler, so I’m sure that is not typical however they were very responsive and communicated with us during the entire process. These guys are great and highly recommended.

I had some really un cool gutters on my home. I called Pro Flow and they came out and gave me a clear quick bid. I had also got another quote and they were the best price. Ill tell you what, they are the best, the gutters look well… I didn’t think gutters could look this sexy. Ya. Fantastic communication and service, with price thats great??? ya!

I’m so glad I called Pro-​Flow Gutters! Not only were they responsive, flexible, and gave me the best quote, they were genuinely nice people. Having dealt with some less than stellar customer service while updating my home, it was such a relief to have a company quote me a fair price and follow through with good work. My drain spouts were in need of replacement, as they were rusting away and were not draining water from my roof properly.
After searching on Unilocal and the internet, lead me to Pro-​Flow Gutters. I must say, speaking with Glen, is the most responsive when it came to getting a quote and discussing my drain spouts and gutters via email or phone. During my search, I also found that Pro-​Flow Gutters are current with their LBI from the WA L&I page, which is always required when it comes to house work.
I sent Glen a few emails about what I wanted done, along with sending him a few pictures and basic measurements of my drain system. After all said and done, the price is very fair for the job that I wanted, and a couple of weeks later, he’s at my house replacing everything. The entire job was finished quickly in a couple of hours — there was nothing of the old system left behind.
I’m happy that I have new drain spouts for my house, as a couple of days later it was pouring rain! Instead of seeing a pane of water flowing down my roof, I am happy to see and hear water flowing through my downspouts, and gently onto the ground in a controlled manner.

I had a gutter falling off the back of my house… just tired, old, and worn. These guys were easy to schedule, friendly, and showed up when they said they would to do the work. The pricing was reasonable for the work, the team was great, and I’ve never seen a work crew hustle to get the job done quickly and effectively like these guys. The new gutter was installed, they checked (and re-​fastened) all my existing gutters, they fixed an errant downspout from one roof section to another, and were out of here in under an hour. I would hire them again for gutter work on houses I own.

Glenn & his team finished our gutter project today & we could not be more pleased. Glenn was great to work with. I reached him on my first call to get an estimate & he came to my home the next morning. Glenn is very detail oriented & he came up with a great plan to improve our existing gutters. Glen did an excellent job at a very fair price! Glen was great to work with, everything was done over the phone and by text. He actually was able to show up at my house a day early so he called me and we discussed what was to be done and he installed the gutter exactly as described and as was needed for the situation.
