Évaluation du lieu : 3 Paradise Hills, San Diego, CA
I have mixed feelings about bell. When I first moved to Washington we worked with a lady named Julia. She told nothing but lies and was just a fake person altogether. Luckily after she was fired we were paired with Marilee. I feel that Marilee saved the day. She is an amazing person and we also chose as our realtor and I’m so glad we did. I gave it a three star because I’m not overly impressed with Bell Properties as a company but I’m thrilled with Marilee and her hard work and commitment.

If I could give this company less than one star, I would and I will also be reporting them to the BBB. My fiancé and I are a military family who moved across the country when bell properties mislead us into what we thought would be an easy transition to Washington. Well the current tenants didn’t end up moving out on time, and continued to live in the home(after a week extension of their lease) and we were left homeless. I asked Joyce, the owner of this company, what she was going to do about this problem. She told me «there’s nothing I can do. I can’t force them to move out» and I then asked her«when are you going to let them know you are going to evict them?» She always avoided that question and just told me how lengthy that process is and didn’t tell me if/when they would be telling them they NEED to get out. They had taken money from us for the background checks that I knew we would pass, as we are both veterans with security clearances, and the only reason I gave them the money was because we were promised a home. So after Joyce told me that she has been out due to a family death, I felt bad and let her try and work it out. Only to get a phone call almost a week later with her asking ME what the story was with this house. I was astounded that the owner of the company, who is supposed to be calling me with updates, is asking me for updates. She once again(and many times after) explained how she was out for a death. Which is very sad, however when you own a business(my family are all small business owners) you don’t let your customers linger because of personal issues, ESPECIALLY when they just moved across the country and are without a home. Home vs work and she handled this quite poorly. About two and a half weeks of being without a home, with two adults and two dogs and all of our household items now in temporary storage, I contacted Joyce and asked her to simply give me my money back for the background checks and we would part ways because my experience with her company has been less than satisfying and I don’t want to work with them. She told me «she would think about it, because Bell Properties isn’t legally obligated to return that money» to me. I was so shocked at her answer. Her company wrongfully guided us. They called an hour before our arrival to the home after almost 30 hours of straight driving, and told us the home wouldn’t be available for us as it was promised. Granted there was no lease signed yet, because we were out of state and we’re going to sign it upon arrival, however when you take my money to confirm something for me, that is pretty much confirmation that we should be getting the home upon passing the background check. This all started 07 September and now it is going on 02 October and I haven’t heard a peep from Joyce, because Bell Properties took my money for the background checks and didn’t even put me in a house. Absolutely terrible service and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
