Haven’t worked with a lot of tile companies, but these guys seem better upfront then they ended up being. Claims of great customer service, really experienced installers, etc. but actions didn’t back it up. Lack of communication, frustrating/​rude installers, way off estimated timeline… won’t be using them again.
