Salon Rouge

Went there for the first time to get highlights and a cut. Carole and I hit it off right away! She did a great job with my hair and was a pleasure to chat with. I’ll definately be going back!

Carole is an artist. She is a great listener and has ideas and suggestions to offer. Really, really knows her color techniques. Never have left the salon less than totally happy.

I have been going to Carol for more than a year. She really listens to what you are looking for and does an outstanding job. Her haircut and color jobs are both amazing!

I took my daughter here a few months ago and she did get a nice cut and was happy with it. I was short on funds and was not able to leave a tip at that time. I called back a few months later to schedule another appt. and the lady that cut my daughters hair never returned my calls after leaving several voice mails both on her personal cell and at the salon. I talked with the owner and asked if she would cut her hair and she said she would have the other lady call me. Again, I never got a call back from either one of them… I was very upset with both owner and other stylist. If they did not want to cut my daughters hair they should have said so and not waste me time. If we were able to get a appt there I would have left a tip this time as I had extra money to do so… I’d recommend Caoba on Lake City, very professional and Jack takes his time with each customer. Jack is awesome and is a Very nice guy that really listens to what you want.

After having a car mishap, I decided to get a hair cut while I waited for my car to be repaired. As I walked around Bothell’s Main Street, I found this place. It’s SO cute. It really feels cozy, and inviting, so points for that! This isn’t the type of place you go for edgy/​mainstream styles, but for nice polished looks all while relaxing with your cup of coffee.
I always hate talking to hairdressers, but the owner was a pleasure to talk to, and she did a great job on the hair. One thing I like is that when she finished, I asked for some additional trimming (I’ve found this to be a risk). She immediately agreed to make the changes, and didn’t rush through them. She took her time, and got it right instead of having her ego bruised.
This place turned my crappy day into a much better day with much cuter hair :)
