Shaw Elevator

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The man who answers the phone says he is the supervisor… I would hope for the companies sake they find someone else because he should not be allowed to answer any phone, let alone «assist» customers. Rude, condescending, talked over me the entire conversation, asked me if I had «ever dealt with an elevator company before»? He offered no solution to my issue, no apology, he only told me how busy they were, that he’d been in the business for over 30 years, how much they have to pay for parts and labor. I will never EVER do business with Shaw Elevator again. ThyssenKrupp will appreciate my business :)

If I could NO star them I would! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
They tried to bait and switch my bill. After getting an estimate for service, getting the service and paying in full for said service, they sent a bill for $ 1400 for the estimate. That bill was dated after the service was completed. When I called them the man claimed to be the supervisor and was rude and condescending. Then they tried to make a deal with me that if I signed a service contract they would waive the estimate.
They did not disclose that they charged for the estimate and at no time did they mention they would be billing for it.
I will NEVER use this company again and I strongly suggest no one else does either!
