If you love your clothes, DO NOT GO HERE! They LOST, yes lost, my favorite, expensive top for 3 days after the promised «due date». When they finally found it I came to pick it up. The owner was still trying to charge me full price after all the headache! After having to argue back and forth he only gives me $ 2 off! I should have just taken my shirt and left. When I got home I see that the shirt was NOT EVEN CLEANED!!! The grease spot had not been removed and this was the whole reason I brought the shirt to get dry cleaned in the first place! He ALSO LIED to me and told me they had sewn the hole in my shirt and it was STILL there when I got home! Please check your clothes before you leave!!! Clearly, he found it in a scramble and was so lazy that they didn’t even clean it in hopes that I wouldn’t notice. I hope that $ 5 charge was worth it to him. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Fast and clean — what more would you want out of a dry cleaner? The owner is extremely nice as well. We just moved to downtown Bothell, so this was a nice find!

Never had anything but impeccable service from these guys. Family run and they remember who you are. I don’t do a lot of dry cleaning so I don’t know if they are competitive on price but these days just being treated well is enough for me since most businesses can’t seem to even hire pleasant happy people.

Caveat Emptor. Picture a place that loses your clothing,(Actually gives it to the wrong person) takes 3 days to figure out where it went, and after 4 visits (last one was to pick it up) has the audacity to say «I will give you 20% off.» Suffice to say we agreed on zero due. Nice enough but delusional when it comes to customer supplier relationship. Shop locally but be warned.

After moving to Bothell I was nervous to have to find a new dry cleaners, and I lucked out! They convienantly are open until 7pm, I always find up front parking, and they are affordable especially on alterations pricing. I am always satisfied with with how my suits come out, especially my pants, they do a beautiful ironed seam and have never created a double seam like other cleaners. They are perfect at ironing my hard to iron blouses at a great cost. The ultimate test was having my pants taken in, and they did the most clean precise alteration I’ve ever paid for on slacks. I love that the male owner seems excited to see me, within the first few visits he didn’t even ask my name and knew where my clothes were on the rack!

This family owned store is a lot like a latte stand. After your first visit they will remember who you are, and where your clothes are on the rack. Great place to support if you live in the Bothell Area.
