Sun Flower Cleaners

I needed to find a new dry cleaner as my previous «amazing» cleaner retired their business in Woodinville. So I decided to check out two places in Mill Creek and based upon the results, we would go with the winner. Unfortunately Sun Flower was not the winner. They did an okay job on our clothes but just average. I didn’t see all the extra touches like attention to detail that I look for when dry cleaning. Such as how they fold the sleeves, hang a sweater, use of starch, as well as customer service, communication, and friendliness that shows eagerness to win a new client over (you can’t take that for granted nowadays).
When you have been getting your clothes dry cleaned for as long as I have, it is easy to spot these details that are either present or missing. Why not get these special details since most of these places are similarly priced? I will give them 3 stars for now, but I think they definitely have the potential to get a 5 star. They are just not there yet, at least as far as my own experience with them.

We have been twice a month customers of Sun Flower Cleaners since they opened in 2008. The owners are so genuine, hardworking, and personable. They remember our name when we walk in the door and ask about the family. They take great care in laundering my husband shirts and dry cleaning our finer items. This is a family business and it is wonderful to see this standard of service and attention to detail instilled in their young adult children who often help out. I won’t go anywhere else!

I can’t say enough good stuff about this dry cleaner. They are wonderful people. They knew my name and my husband’s name after only going to them a couple times. They remember to ask about events in our life like my husband getting a new job. Very personable, very polite, always above expectations!
