The kids run this place. Seriously. Pretty sure we are the only apartment without a kid. And they just run amuck with no supervision like the parking lot and complex is their playground. No one seems to care tho and nothing changes. It seems like the parents send their kids to the pool like its a babysitter. 75 kids, no adults. There is no peace and quiet here, it’s an awful location, and they nickel and dime you for everything. Washer and dryer rental, you have no choice, every utility you pay on your own. Water, sewer, gas, heat. Pay your rent online and its upwards of a 20 $ fee. For an income restricted apartment, they don’t make it easy. The complex is littered with garbage and dog poop, the woods behind it are a trash can and a homeless camp. The parking after 8pm is impossible. I would not reccommend it here.

Évaluation du lieu : 2 Bothell, WA
This complex is very new currently, but parking looks a little tight. Some of the apartments in the back have a view over a scenic peat bog park, other buildings in the complex have a «beautiful» view of the huge LED road sign on Bothell-Everett Hwy. I would get curtains if you’re living in the units next to the road — the traffic noise and sirens are constantly a challenge. They do have a design that seems better setup for larger families on a budget — which is great for those that need it. I’ve been in a few units and I’d say they are relatively good bang for your dollar. On the minus side — a small outdoor/indoor bar is near the East side of the complex. They like to party late and play loud music. I’ve called the police on them a few times for blowing my ears out at 1am with fireworks. Bert’s Tavern can’t exactly control people in their parking lots that choose to «ride the short bus» and make tons of noise late at night — it is a seedy dive bar — and they tend to attract semi-sketchy personalities. I often hear them out playing horseshoes on their back patio and drinking late. As nice as that is for them — they need to be courteous of their neighbors after ~9pm or later. If you have issues with the bar and ridiculous loud noises after 9pm — PLEASE do us all a favor and call the police to take care of it — if they get too many complaints they will have fines and hopefully their business will start being more accountable to their neighbors during late hours. I’ve seen a few young kids from this complex make a little mischief with the neighboring apartment complexes. Not a smart move, but it’s a bell curve of lower income kids(some are troublemakers). I could care less until it impacts me — but it’s worth mentioning(they accept section 8) a greater % of troubled youth probably live in The District. Overall if I was on a tight budget I’d consider living here — but probably in a unit on the west side of the complex(away from the noise).
