I’ve lived here for just over a year, and I love it here. For the location, I pay a pretty good price. The location is stellar, walking distance and right across the street from everything I need. My one bedroom is cute and cozy, nothing fancy, but I love it. The office staff are super nice and have been helpful whenever I need it and the maintenance is top notch. My requests are always done super fast. Always able to find parking right in front of my apartment. My only complaint is that my neighbor smokes, and doesn’t care if it comes in my apartment. The laurels have helped but I’ve also gotten, «this is not a smoke free community». Yeah, but my home should remain free of toxic, nasty smoke. So the only reason I’ll move after this year is up is to move to a smoke free community.

I love this apartment complex. The location is great. Within walking distance of several restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, coffee shops, parks, walking trails and a 10 min walk from Mill Creek town center. The staff is phenomenal; Very friendly, always available to help and they go above and beyond for their residence. The maintenance guys are fast, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The apartment layout is great with two master bedrooms and each has their own bathroom. LOVE IT!

Been living here for about a year or so now. Great crew running the place. Maintenance crew on site which is seriously is just a phone call away if their is something you need help with and their a friendly duo as well. The price is hard to beat as well compared to the places around the area.
