Nestled into the wooded hillside of Mill Creek is the Fish Ladder! With parking available, the fish ladder isn’t far away. They can actually be seen from the Bothell-Everett highway &164th junction! From the parking lot off of Mill Creek Boulevard the smoothly paved trail offers a bit of ups & downs as it twists and turns following a small creek with a few bridges(one bridge has a 5,000 pound limit, please do not break the limit), and a mysterious«trail closed, no trespassing sign». The odd bit about the sign is that it is actually off the paved path and is placed randomly off to the side… Anyways reaching the end of the path you’ll arrive at the fish ladder with a nice little reservoir pond nearby. Frogs & stuff will be easily noticed as the ladder as in the current season there are no fishies descending from the ladder! If you do not wish to go on a short walk from the parking lot, the ladder can be accessed very easily from the MCBLVD&164th Junction.

I love this trail, I walk my dogs here when it’s hot out because they get their daily exercise and with all the trees surrounding the trails, it makes it very cool. There is a baseball field, basketball court, and a play ground here and so many ways to do the trails. Also they provide doggy bags for free.
