I rented a storage unit at ACE for 14 – 15 years, and never had any problems with it. Access is available (most) any time using a PIN number to open the security gate. (Someone posted at Google that you can’t get in after 9:00 PM; maybe I never tried it that late.) Rent increases were modest, amounting to about 2% per year. My unit was on the higher ground, and safe from the worst-​ever flood of 2013; some of the lower units were affected.
